Second time stay for my wife & myself and once again I was overwhelmed by the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much for them. Outside bar and pool area make relaxing there an enjoyable experience. Buffet breakfast is incredible and should satisfy all tastes. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. The restaurant has a quite extensive menu with mainly local cuisine and if you want to eat elsewhere you don't have to go far. The restaurant next door has very friendly staff and the cooking is superb. All the ingredients are fresh and the meals/drinks are very good value. The walk to the old town helps you burn some unwanted calories or you can hire a bike very cheaply. Lovely hotel in a lovely town.

We enjoyed our stay in the Sunflower hotel. The pool and the little bar are a great place to relax and the rooms are spotless. Be aware that the hotel is not in the center of Hoi An. There is however a shuttle bus that makes the ride every hour, free of charge (it is not really on time although). Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. There was one person at the reception who was a bit rude however. Overall a good place to stay and good value.

Staff is really friendly. For the amount you pay you get excellent facilities and service. Swimming pool, breakfast with a lot of options as it is a buffet and helpful staff.

Nice clean room with good facillities. Staff were very nice, especially the garden bar staff who I ended up playing a couple games of pool with. The swimming pool was a nice treat after being in the sun all day.
The breakfast was pretty good, buffet style with fruit, cereal, rice, noodles, pasta, bread, and a lady who cooks you eggs to your liking and pancakes.
The hotel is actually about 3.5km from the beach so I would recommend hiring a bike from just outside for $1 a day, or a scooter for $5.
They also offer a free shuttle bus to the town centre on every hour I believe which is a nice touch, but if you prefer to ride it takes only 10mins.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the reception helped us book our onward travel for us.

The staff at this hotel make it worth the stay. They have a book at the front of tailors that other guests have commented on, which was really helpful. It's clean and has a nice small pool. You can rent bikes there and it's about a 20 min bike to the old town or the beach ( once you get used to the traffic it's a great bike ride). The only thing is, the free breakfast wasn't the greatest, but hey it's free! A great place to stay!
