We cant rave enough about this tour. Neville is a knowledgeable host, raconteur and force of nature. To be honest, I was talked into going by my foodie wife as I'm a bit timid when it comes to foods that are new and unusual. However I am so glad that we went. We tried an enormous range of foods (seriously, don't eat breakfast beforehand) and learned a lot about the ingredients and preparation behind the dishes. Neville's team are great and even prepared shrimp free versions of certain dishes for me (allergy) so I didn't miss out on anything. Our only regret was that we didn't go earlier during our stay in Hoi An, as Neville has many recommendations about what to do, see and eat. Book in advance, it's worth it!
