Great place to stay has everything. A bit dearer than other resorts in hoian but definatley has a lot to offer . 5 star facilities.A must to consider for that special relaxing place to spend some time.A bit far from Ancient town which is the main attraction in Hoian in my opinion .We spent 4 nights in closer to the ancient town at Vin Hung Riverside resort Highly recommend this place. Then topped of our stay with a night at the Victoria Beach resort. I would advise all visitors to strongly consider both places .

Room Tip: Beach view is amazing.

We stayed 4 nights in a Junior Suit, overlooking the sea. Breathtaking view at sunrise, quiet, large room and the most amazing bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel (completed with jacuzzi, bath salt and bath foam, and outside shower if the indoor one is too boring).
Service was impecable, staff is very friendly and professional, food was great, pool bar has lovely drinks and atmosphere, free shuttle bus to the city, lots of tours in the area available for purchase.
It is the perfect beach resort while visiting HoiAn. We highly recommend.

The hotel is really nice and we enjoyed our stay there a lot. The staff is extremely friendly, very supportive and very attentive. The beach front villa is nice, big size, well equipped (even blue ray) and well maintained. The only noise are coming from the waves. The pool area and the beach are nice and always with enough chairs and umbrellas, so you can come whenever you want. BUT, be aware that the nice beach directly in front of the hotel is gone in a storm 2013, it's not there any more. The breakfast and all the food in the hotel is outstanding good. The chef is excellent and we have eaten every day in the hotel. There was nothing we missed.
Nevertheless the hotel must improve a few things: There is only one pool. One day we had more than 20 kids jumping and screaming around the pool as there is no other option. The water in the pool is much too warm. There is no proper cooling facility.

Room Tip: The rooms to the river are a little noisy as there is a road between the river and the hotel. To pay the extra price for the beach front villa is waste of money as there is no beach anymore. Any villa or room with sea view will do the job.

All brochures and websites are showing a beach in front of the hotel.
This was the reason why we choose this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the storm had taken the beach. There was no beach!
We made a complain, but they ignored it.
Ortherwise the hotel was great, nice rooms, friendly staff and excellent food.

This hotel is a beautiful, luxurious Indochina style building. It was fairly quiet during out visit, which made for a very relaxing experience. The location is perfect for a beach side holiday, and the regular free shuttle bus is only 10 - 15 minutes to the old town, when you want to see the sights, shop or visit the variety of restaurants. The hotel service is fantastic, the staff aim to please their guests. We stayed in a junior suite, a step from the ocean. Wow!! Very spacious with beautiful decor, well worth treating yourself to one of these rooms. The only room for improvement would be a firmer mattress and pillow, and a chest of draws or more wardrobe space. The bedtime story and chocolate on the pillow as part of the turn down service is a very unusual, special touch.
We booked a candle lit dinner on the beach for a birthday dinner, with a set menu. It was absolutely fabulous. The food was spectacular, the decoration, privacy and the waiter service were wonderful. The hotel food is delicious, at breakfast you can even have sparkeling wine. The dinner menu is reasonably priced, well worth it as the quality is great.
We booked a trip to Marbel Mountain and My Son through the hotel and were offered a private car for the price of a mini bus. The car was a Mercedes, with leather interior, WIFI and the driver offered us a cool towel and bottel of water each time we returned to the car. Fantastic!
We will definitely come back to this hotel when we return to Hoi An

Room Tip: Treat yourself to a junior suite if you can afford it

We also were delighted to read that our well trained staffs had made the romantic candle light dinner on the beach for you as your expectation as well as the services providing during your trip to visit My Son and Marble Mountain was fantastic.

For the firmer mattress and pillow we actually have available on request so if you gave this request to us during your stay here It will be even more convenient for your stay.
