“Charming eco friendly hotel.”

Charming, green eco friendly hotel ,out of the hub of Hoi An !!!Lovely to listen to the serenade of frogs and cicadas clicking, all perched on the edge of rice paddy fields at night.Staff were friendly, hospitable and always helpful .The only problem we had was that 3 mature women from Australia ,do not want to share a double bed in a room ,and due to the high occupancy of the hotel , couldnt be rectified to three singles .Free shuttle jeep was excellent ,and the pool on the rooftop and the gardens were equally captivating .

Room Tip: Make sure if you have three adults in a room /three single beds are provided not a double and one si...

Hello Traveller,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is very valuable to us. When your travel agent enquired about making a booking, we did advise that we did not have a twin room available due to our occupancy. The booking for a double room with a single bed was then confirmed by the agent on your behalf. On your arrival, we did everything we could to find a twin room for your group. If we had a room available, we most certainly would have moved you to it. Again, thank you for your feedback and we will use it to continually improve the level of our service.

Hoi An Chic Hotel was definitely the highlight of our stay in Vietnam. Location is perfect, outside of Hoi An old town so the setting is peaceful and quiet. Half way between old town and beach makes for easy access to both. We used the hotel's free bike rentals every day. Jeep shuttle service made getting to/from town at night convenient. - Hotel/room design and landscaping is very well done. If you get up early enough, sit up there and watch the sunrise! The staff is AMAZING, everyone was so kind and accommodating, it felt like we were family. We were originally only planning to stay for 1 night - we ended up staying for three. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I think I'm going to say pretty much the same as other travellers and rave about Hoi An Chic!
Audley Travel, out operators made much of apologising because the hotel was 2kms from the old town.
In our experience it was a benefit!
While the old town of Hoi An was one of our favourites in Vietnam. Getting out of town to sleep in one of the best rooms we stayed in, with amazing views over rice fields from the bath and seranaded to sleep at night to the sound of frogs rather than the noise of traffic. We only took breakfast in the hotel as there were so many great restaurants in Hoi An and it was excellent.. We found the staff were just amazing, attentive without being over familiar and the hotel was only a 2km cycle ride to the beach on the hotels free bicycles.
Great shuttle bus service to town in the hotels old Willys Jeeps, I'm such a kid and had to be photographed by these old classic vehicles for the scrapbook.

This was probably our favourite hotel whist travelling through Vietnam. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely - included was a outside bath, which I loved! Our room overlooked the paddy fields, and we made full use of the rooftop pool. A free shuttle service (in a jeep) gets you into the town centre in about 10 mins, and the beach is only a short cycle away - although we chose to get a taxi up to An Bang which is only 5km or so. The only let down was the food, which was pretty average. Other than that, a great stay!

My friend and I (2 girls in our mid 20's) stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! We arrived and were immediately treated like royalty. This is a truly beautiful hotel. After spending quite some time in hostels, this was a complete oasis for us. We tend to gravitate immediately towards the bathroom, this was no different. This bathroom was AMAZING. Great water pressure in the shower and the outdoor bathtub was divine. The hotel was always aware when we had left the room, even if it was for a few moments, and they would tidy up the room and refill our free water. For us, this was truly a luxury. The free breakfast in the morning surpassed our expectations. The options were limitless. The location of this hotel was great, you are equidistant from the beach and from the old town. The hotel also offers free bikes at anytime of day! you are about a 5 minute ride from the beautiful beach or the adorable shops/tailors and great restaurants in the old town. I highly recommend strolling the street in old town at night to see the beautiful lights and the great energy of this beautiful little town. Morning Glory restaurant is a must!! make sure to have the hotel make a reservation in advance.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the room and location. We weren't sure whether to stay on the beach or in town, so this offered a great compromise. Only 3km from town and 2km from the beach. The staff are friendly, especially the guys at the front who hand out the bicycles. We weren't too impressed with the food though unfortunately. When we arrived we ordered lunch of a beef noodle salad and a Greek salad. The noodle salad had no flavour and the beef tasted liked it had been washed under a tap, and the Greek salad was anything but a Greek salad. The cheese they put on was squares of dairylee! It made us laugh and to be fair they were very good when we sent it back and ordered something else, namely the fresh spring rolls, which again had no flavour at all. Breakfast is basic but adequate: omelette, fried eggs, vietnamese soup, then toast, jam, fresh fruit. They also had some fried rice and ham/ bacon and kraft cheese slices cut in half as the cheese selection. The smoothies and juices were lovely. All in all, stay here for the location and room, but definitely not for the food, which is a shame.

Stay here. You will not regret it. It is brilliant.

It is a bit out of town, but they do a shuttle and taxi's are only c.60,000 Dong (around £1.80). The location is actually a positive as it is calm which is great.

The breakfast is the same each day but there is a lot of choice.

Room Tip: Request a room which overlooks the paddy fields
