It was such a wonderful experience to stay at the HoiAn Chic. The staff are all charming, happy and super helpful - particularly the reception staff who were always ready and waiting with a key on our return. They would also make a point of personally seeing us off when we left for a day trip or evening out. The jeep shuttle was great fun. The room was spacious and peaceful with great ceiling fan, hats and beach bag to use and silk dressing gowns and wonderful bathroom. We only used the pool area one afternoon for an hour and it can get crowded as so few beds but there are beautiful beaches nearby. There are some local restaurants within walking distance as well as cafes and supermarkets. It was such a tranquil place to spend 6 nights during our trip to Vietnam and conveniently close to the town and beach. There are free bikes available and it only takes 10 minutes to cycle to the closest beach - Hidden Beach where sunbeds are free to hotel guests.Lovely fish restuarants at Hidden Beach and also a visit to The Deckhouse at An Bang recommended for a lunch. The breakfast was good, especially the fruit and juice options. We really hope to be back someday.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the level of service and attention to detail of a very high standard. Although this hotel is a slight distance from Hoi An main town they offer a shuttle Jeep /Minibus into town at regular times and a cab journey is very cheap. Breakfast was perfect for us both and the rooms were very pretty and well furnished. A free bike hire service, which we used to ride to the near by beach, was a thoughtful addition and when we wanted to use a local spa they kindly pointed us in the direction of one which we throughly enjoyed. Nothing was of any hassle to the staff who should be commended on their service levels.

Loved the hotel as away from bustle surrounded by paddy fields. Easy to get to town and beach with free transport by hotel. We also used their bikes to cycle to beach. Staff absolutely lovely and food good. Great rooms and nice and quiet. Well worth a visit.
