We stayed 3 nights and nothing bad to say. Room is clean every day, the breakfast is very good, and free bike is a plus! On top of that, the family who runs the hotel is very friendly and they will help you for everything needed.

To begin with, the rooms were very nice. They were clean and had no sign of any insects or garbage anywhere. A decent bed with a nice bathroom. AC was heavenly! The owners were super nice, breakfast was included in the mornings which was tasty. The homestay has bicycles that are free to ride around into town. Town is a 5 min ride away from the homestay, and having the bikes is a must, otherwise, town would be too far of a walk.

Stayed here for 3 nights back in July. It was a little tricky to find, until a 'friendly' local showed us the way and then demanded money! So don't be fooled...

It is in a lovely situation on the river, making for a great view from our balcony. The room was basic, but spacious and clean. The owner would clean it every day whilst we ate breakfast, however towels were not changed and we had to ask for new toilet roll.

Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day - the omelettes were very nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and you could hire bicycles for free, which was great as it was a bit too much of a dark walk in to and back from town in the evenings (about 20 minutes). Only 5 minutes on the bike on quiet roads, so you could cycle in the middle and avoid dogs, rats and cockroaches! (These were all over town, not typical of the hotel surroundings!)

We had a nice enough stay, but only a 3 star due to the location, lack of clean towels/toilet roll, all English channels on TV being broke and being told that they had no availability for an extra night, despite then seeing plenty of availability online...

We stayed here for 4 nights and were really happy with our choice. The owners a family are so welcoming and honestly really added to our time here in Hoi An. They went out of there way to make sure we were accommodated properly. The lady even made two pairs of shoes for my boyfriend (excellent quality, and a reasonable price). The rooms are good value for what you pay, if anything our bed was pretty hard and shower pressure a little weak, but all in all was fine. The breakfast is included so we weren't expecting much, but more than reasonable to start the day off. Also free bikes to use is a bonus, only 5 mins ride to city centre. Also we used the bikes for a day trip around local villages and the countryside was nice :)

This is a great hotel to stay. The rooms are a little bit basic but the service is great. The staff is really friendly and can help you with everything. They booked a nightbus for us to Dalat for a good price. The nightbus departed around 17:30 so we went to see Hoi An during the day. When we came back to the hotel we could take shower before leaving with the nightbus which was realy nice, even though we had already checked out.
The breakfast is also really good (Try the noodle soup) and they have a nice little patio in front of the hotel where you can relax.
Great stay!

Lovely and peaceful place to stay, several of the rooms have balconies over the river. Free bikes mean the centre of hoi an is accessible in 10 mins, but you also get a lovely street of local restaurants and cafes if you want to eat with the locals. Family are lovely and always ready to help if needed. Breakfast included and was very tasty. Clean and well looked after rooms with big high ceilings. So nice we stayed an extra night.

It's location means that it is very quiet and good for relaxing, although it is about 20-30 minute walk to the main town.

The free use of bikes is brilliant and means you can explore the surrounding countryside and villages.

Breakfast was nice and we could take it back to our room or sit in the courtyard.

The wifi was disappointing, very intermittent even on the desktops. We stayed on the third floor where the water pressure was terrible and the hot water none existent.

When we had a problem with the overnight bus company we had independantly booked with, the owner helped us out and looked after us well. Even though he doesn't speak much English and is difficult to understand.
