Upon arrival I received a bottle of water and a home cooked meal free of charge. The family that runs this establishment is very nice and very helpful. There are free bike rentals, and all bikes seem to work very well, the Beach, Main Street, markets, old city and bars are all easily accessible by bikes, usually 10-20 minutes away.
Room was cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels. A/c in the room worked very well.
Breakfast is included in the price and you can choose from eggs and bread, pho, noodles &/p bread and jam.
The only downfall was the construction that started at 8am, but if you're an early bird like myself, it was not that big of a deal.
They were able to book me a car back to the airport for 300,000 VND or $15 USD. When I left they gave me another bottle of water for free!
I highly recommend staying here :)

We stayed at this place for 5 nights for 500.000 VND per night. A little pricey for Vietnamese standards, but that is simply because it is Hoi An. You can't get much better value there.

We had one of the rooms in the back with the riverview balcony, which was superb! Comfortable bed, hot shower and our own little seating area outside. The bathroom door was broken though. There was free wifi in the room.

The breakfast that is included in the room price was good! You can choose bread, eggs, pho or noodles and a drink. We especially liked the pho, with lots of fresh herbs and flavour. And of course the typical white coffee with ice.

The lady who runs the place is very friendly. She called us a taxi and was always very attentive. We do not recommend having them do your laundry though. Ours was returned damp and smelly, like they had left the wet clothes in the machine for too long.

The place is located right across the river on a quiet island. They have free bicycles, so you can bike into town (3 min) anytime.

We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice place! We had this very cute and clean room with a balkony at the Riverside, great view. The family was very friendly en welcome. Breakfast was good. It is al little bit farther from the centre, but you can get bicycles at the homestay for free, we enjoyed this ride. We would definitely recommend this place, but not if you want to meet other backpackers. It's just a peaceful place to stay.

I had a really nice few nights here whilst trekking through Vietnam. Staff are friendly, a genuinely nice and welcoming family and the rooms and premises are very nice and comfortable.

Location is a little far from the centre (15-20min walk) but you can hire a motorbike for $5 or a bicycle for free so it's not an issue provided there's availability!

Only thing stopping it getting 5* is that they offer you food throughout your time there, and there are menus on the table with no prices, so you could get a nasty surprise at check out! Also, my bill was overcharged heavily as I left, but when I disputed it they were apologetic and removed it. I'm sure it was probably an innocent mistake as they seem lovely people, but my time in Asia has taught me to be on my guard!

We found this gem of a place on Hotels_in_Vietnam.com (a great site) as our first choice was full. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The bathrooms are great and there's loads of hot water. Good choice of breakfast options too. WiFi works well.

Although the homestay is a little bit out of town, you can borrow a bike (free of charge) if you have enough nerve to cope with the unpredictability of Hoi An's roads. We biked every day and loved the freedom they gave us. One day we headed over to Cam Nam island by ferry and just rode through the villages and rice paddies (not literally, of course!).

The family who run this place are a delight, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet location away for the crazy noisy tourist centre of town.

Room Tip: I think they're all good!

Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and free cruiser bikes for checking out Hoi An make this am excellent option for lodging. The family was very generous and helpful during my stay. The only downside is that it is a little far from town, however the bike turns it into a 5 minute trip to the market.

We were welcomed with a delicious virtnamese breakfast upon our early check-in. Thr owners, a wife and her husband, were very kind and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and clean, especially for the price. The homestay is situated on the island just 10-15 minutes away from the center, which turned out to be very relaxing. Bikes were offered for rental for free, and motorbikes were offered for a reasonable price. The owner can organize trips and bus rides for you. We really enjoyed our stay here!
