“Nice Hotel”

Is a beautiful hotel. The staffs are very helpful and friendly and the service is excellent too. The hotels provide free bikes so we can cycle around. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Hoi An.

Stayed a week with the family. Beautifully appointed hotel with highly attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms spotlessly clean with views of the pool and surrounding rice fields. Breakfast was the best of any hotel we had ever stayed at and was a hit with the kids. Spent several afternoons lazing by the pool with a gin and tonic. Only about 1.5km to the old town by taxi (about $1.50) or use the complimentary bikes to explore the region. Most evenings we would return for a night cap ( Long Island ice tea) in the lovely tropical gardens. The in house spa offers a wide variety of treatments and is most professional. We will definitely be back (might leave the kids at home next time).

We stayed three nights in this fantastic hotel, the room decor, the pool surroundings, the staff, the service was absolutely fantastic. We loved the location being just a short bicycle into the main centre enabling you to get a real feel for the town, otherwise you can use the free shuttle into town. The breakfast was great, the rooms very spacious and well laid out. Everyone very obliging. I stayed at the beach on my last visit which was great, but if I returned to Hoi An, I would definitely chose the Essence again - don't hesitate just book it you will not be sorry.

Room Tip: We stayed in room A306 , which was fab as we were on the corner of the building , one window looked...

Our stay here was excellent! By far the best accommodation we had in terms of overall experience. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room with two queen beds. The breakfast was the best anywhere and the staff at breakfast were wonderful and very professional. The hotel was new, modern and had the feeling of a tropical resort. I enjoyed the gym facilities and the beautifully designed pool. We also used the free bicycles to ride down Cua Dai beach . This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in and I will definitely be going back. The prices was exceptional value and I liked the fact they make an effort to be environmentally friendly. All in all it is difficult to fault.

We (family of 3) stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in late March. Our room was modern and spacious with 2 large double beds (Deluxe Balcony). Bathroom was a bit small, but had an excellent shower. The hotel is located at the edge of town, a short walk or bike ride away from the old center. Bikes are available free of charge. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the garden, but be early or all outdoor tables are taken. The breakfast itself is very good with a nice selection of fruits and pastries. I would have liked to see a bit more variety of bread, but that is a minor detail.
We also had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and we enjoyed the food a lot. We even did the cooking class with the chef, Mr Huy. He willl take you to the Hoi An market and the Tra Que herb garden by bike, showing you the fresh produce and herbs. Afterwards he will teach you some simple recipes you can easily make at home. I can recommend this cooking class.
The hotel also has a small swimming pool, including a shallow end suitable for younger children, a fitness room (which I did not visit) and a spa.
Although originally I had planned to book a hotel at the beach, I`m glad I had opted for this hotel. On our next trip to Hoi An I will certainly stay again at this hotel.

We stayed here in April 2014 and this has to be the best place to stay in Hoi Ann. I would describe it as a boutique 5* hotel. The rooms are spacious, ultra modern, flat screen TVs, complimentary water and fresh fruit on arrival. White linen on the beds, smart bathrooms in fact everything you could wish for. There is also free cycle hire. It is a 10 min walk to the old town or 2 min in a taxi. Taxis are very, very cheap. The hotel is situated next to open countryside in one direction and small local properties in the other. The staff are wonderful and attentive and finally the food is excellent although more expensive than in town but really not that bad. Oh, nearly forgot the breakfast is quite a spread and is the best we have had.

Room Tip: I would suggest a room with a balcony and choose one in B block high up.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in mid march and we really impressed by the quality of everything for such a reasonable price. The hotel is located at about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The rooms are excellent, the personnel incredible, breakfast by the pool, what more could one ask
