After a disappointing hotel in da nang that we left 2 days early our motorbike guide booked us in here & we were looked after very well.

Right in the heart of the action close to river, restaurants & the ancient town. Highly recommend for the budget traveler

We stayed here for three nights during the Typhoon Haiyan, and we feel that we didn't receive the best service as they didn't tell us anything that was going on in terms of being able to leave to travel to other places and as a result had to stay an extra night more than we wanted to, which was rather annoying.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was no window, it was blocked by a wall! There were views out onto to the central swimming pool, and there was a TV, but the wifi was terrible and would not let us on Facebook for some reason. There are PC's you can use though. Breakfast was very basic with some eggs cooked for you and a very basic buffet.
The staff were rather rude at one point, to the point we were rather upset as we had no idea what was happening with the oncoming storm and they offered no advice or information save some candles without any matched to light them!!??
However at the end of the trip, they proved themselves by sorting out our taxi and train tickets to Nha trang, so that helped somewhat, but I wish they had been a bit more helpful to begin with!
I will not be staying here again, for what it was, it was far too expensive on top of all this.

Bad Point first; the title says it all some hotels concentrate in cústomer sẻrvice others on profit. The feel to thís hotel ís to sell á much ás possible, ìf you ảre not interested then some staff get dísappointed. The attitude rèlects this.
The good points the rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel ís in a goôd location.

We had only read about this hotel in our guide book and turned up without a reservation, but we weren't disappointed. We were given a room on the top floor, with a balcony on the inside, overlooking the lovely central pool, which compensated for the lack of a view from the window. The room was nice, the pool was a joy on hot days and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was brilliant for an inexpensive hotel, being in the centre of town. Breakfast was by the pool and was good value.

Perfect pool on a hot day, good and sufficient breakfast :) Clean rooms, however some of them are dark. The staff is handy, but a bit weird. A bit overpriced. Free internet and printing for a small charge.

Room Tip: Check the window

We upgraded our room so we weren't on the ground floor next to the pool and kitchen which was a good move, even though we didn't have a view, just a wall to look at. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The pool, which we used frequently over four days, was immaculately clean. The staff were helpful, cheerful and friendly and completed on travel bookings efficiently.Very tasty omelettes were cooked to order with a good variety of fresh fruit available and a selection of breads and pastries, of varying quality.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a window which has an outlook.

It was slightly more than other places we'd been staying but it looked lovely online and it had a swimming pool.

The staff were really lovely, one even learnt all our names! They arranged free pick up for us from the coach station. They help with anything questions and can arrange day trips for you and buses, but there isn't any pressure to use them!

We used them to book a very early morning to My Son. The tour was really good, we got given breakfast on the bus and the tour guide spoke English!

The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of stuff to choose from which was all very good!

The pool is really cold which is amazing when you come back from walking around boiling hot and sweaty! You just take a dip for ten minutes and your sorted!

There was a storm one night and we watched it from the roof it was incredible!

The rooms were clean but the only downside was our window was blocked by a large stone wall! As we were there for about 5 days with no natural light in our room sent our brains a bit crazy!
Also the WIFI wouldn't let me or my friends on facebook?! But they have computers you can use where facebook isn't blocked :)

Really friendly nice place to stay! Just ask for a window room at the front of the building!
