Found the room fantastic, clean and comfortable great size overlooking the pool. Enjoyed the pool. Great location for easy walk into old town. Found all staff friendly and efficient although a promised wake up call for our early flight didn't happen but the promised car transfer was there ready for us and a packed breakky.
Weren't fussed about the buffet- have had better.
Constant jack hammering from the worksite not the hotel's fault but may bother some until the work is finished.
Being fussy the beds around the pool could do with cushion tops as they weren't the most comfortable.
Really enjoyed the service and the cocktails from the pool bar.

Situated with a very short walk to all the main attractions, this hotel was perfect for us.
The room was big and clean, there is only one bar nearby so it was quite quiet and the pool was a godsend after a long hot day.
Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very helpful.
We stayed on the ground floor and did have a few bugs, nothing unbearable but they did keep appearing and we were a little disappointed that free bikes weren't offered ( as they are in many other hotels)
However I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
We loved Hoi An.

We booked and paid for five nights with this new hotel in a great location just off the ancient town of Hoi An. The reality was that we had to swallow our losses and leave after just two nights.

The rooms themselves are lovely with large spacious floors, excellent A/C and sparkling new bathroom suites. Where the rooms are let down is via safe deposit boxes that aren't fixed (bizarre) and through balcony doors that aren't particularly secure and have gaps at the top (again, maybe our room just was poorly fitted here).

We received an 'upgrade' on arrival and had a room overlooking the pool and the canal at the far end of the hotel. Crucially, it was also directly adjacent to a benny hill type construction site whereby at 6.45 on the first morning I was awoken by the sound of pneumatic drills, hammering, general comedy banging - it was just incredible. What's even more amazing is the building looks like work has only just started on it!

We asked the staff to downgrade our room and they obliged but annoyingly moved us to the other side of the corridor but no further along. We settled on this and the noise whilst a bit quieter was still capable of piercing the soul and destroying any sense of Hoi An's tranquility.

The pool is lovely but the noise down there is just as bad, plus you get the construction works from across the river. I was amazed that other guests didn't seem bothered, despite having to scream over each other in order to be heard.

Breakfast was good, the staff perfectly friendly.

Life's too short - it's cheap for a reason. Do yourself a favour and wait for the construction to be finished in a few years.

Beautiful hotel with great services: attentive staff, huge room, wonderful buffet breakfast, lovely pool area and convenient location. All for an affordable price, this was our favourite place that we stayed during our trip to Vietnam.

Firstly, I booked this hotel from Hanoi.

Secondly, this hotel is not on a Rover but a flood ditch

Third, I booked a garden view room. There is no garden, hence no garden view. They call a third floor view of dilapidated roof a garden view room

Fourth I am a disabled retiree in my sixties. They were paid by Hanoi, booking me two tours which I could not walk. No accommodations were made and their tour guide called me a fat Buddha, which a term used for men who are repulsive to women. (Master Ly)

Fifth I booked a king sized garden view and got two twin beds pushed together and no garden to view

Full of young European tourists. I live in rural Thailand. Not fun at all.

They were paid for the tours but denied it, said my booking agent in Hanoi will give my money back. Also told my Hanoi booking agent that a miss Vy would return 850,0000 vnd to me.

Choosing this hotel is a very bad choice. Run from this place, unless you shun integrity.

First I'll start with the positives; We stayed for four nights and were happy with the size of our room. The bed was big but a little bit hard and the bathroom was nice and had a big bathtub. The hotel is in close walking distance to the old ancient town. Out the front you can hire scooters for 130,000 dong ($6 Aus) and bicycles for 30,000 dong ($1.50 Aus) for the day. We did both and really enjoyed getting around Hoi an this way.
Negatives: first the power would cut in and out during the night, not good when it is so hot outside. Most importantly we felt that the staff were not that friendly, particularly compared to other accommodation we have had in other parts of Vietnam. If you walk into the old quarter the people are friendly and helpful, this just didn't transfer into this hotel, which is a shame. Breakfast although a big buffet, we didn't enjoy it. The food was never topped up, the food was average and the staff not pleasant.

What a find.
Brand new, central location, lovely staff, pool and the room we had was absolutely to die for. It was very spacious. Split into 5 main areas- balcony with views of the pool and to the right the river, living area TV table mini bar chairs, the sleeping area, large bed nuff said. An office area behind the bed and a huge Bathroom/wet room.

Breakfast was also to a very good international standard
Top marks would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: pool view first or second floor
