It was like staying with family. The staff was super friendly and ever helpful. I had a room overlooking the delightful pool. Bicycles were for rent at a very reasonable rate. It was an easy walk to the old town.

I have stayed at 100's of hotels in my life but this boutique guest house/hotel had service that is underrated. It is just superb. The management and staff wouldn't let you be indecisive or unsure of anything! Close walk to everything but far away enough from any night noise. The daily breakfast was unique and a great refreshing change. I WILL go back someday! My friend Sean and his Dad, Louis and myself could live there!

Room Tip: All rooms are great and I think they all have a pool view, but if you don't like stairs choose a lower floor if the have one, no elevator for the lazy folk.

Dear Valued Guests of Nhi Nhi Hotel ,

The last few reviews have been great ! Thank you !
We love our guests commenting on our “ service with a smile ” and “ value for money ”. We were even compared to an “ oasis ” ……….maybe because when our guests return from a hot day of adventure in Hoi An, we give them a nice cool glass of water !
And, as for a guest calling us “ superb ” - what can we say ? !

All the best to you and everyone .

Yours respectfully ,

My wife and I stayed here for three nights on our Vietnam trip. We were greated with smiles and made to feel very special. In fact every guest who stays here is made to feel extra special. When you get back from your daily visits they greet you with cold water and cold hand towels. They never intend to intrude in your life but keen to know if you had a good day or not and possibly help you if you didn't enjoy your day/trip. The staff is amazing and will ensure you have the best experience in Hoi An. They will organise for anything you need to be comfortable at the hotel and Will organise all the trips for you.

It is almost set as a raid with the swimming pool in the middle on the ground floor and rooms around on all 4 sides. The rooms facing the pool which is where we stayed are very quiet with a balcony making the mornings and evenings that extra special. We were in room 401 (on the top floor) and I requested for a reading light on the outside balcony and by the time we got back from dinner, the light was there.
They offer next day laundry service for $3 a kilo.

I twisted my ankle (my fault- need to watch where I walk :-), the staff bough ice packs every evening for me. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff are very keen to get to know their guests and provide warm and caring service and they anticipate your needs. I have to say although the room was basic with bath shower, the overall experience has been the best so far on our vietnam trip thanks to the staff. Hue and Hanoi our next and final destinations.

The hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk to the city centre old town. The tailors are 5 minutes walk. Hire bicycles, motor bikes or get a taxi for 10,000 - 20,000 dongs (~35p to 70p exchange rate 34,500 dings to £1 or 21,000 dongs to $1 at the time of this review).

If you take GBP in cash and want to exchange, don't do it at any airports but goto the local jewellers and bargain for a rate. Some other businesses may also exchange the money for you but again check the rates online and haggle a little. Please note you will not get the published exchange rates but will have no problems in exchanging for a little lower. E.g. Published Exchange rate 35,400 dongs for £1, expect around 34,000 dongs for £1. I have not tried banks but there a number of them near the tailors and may offer a better rate.

It is great value for money and best experience.

Room Tip: Always book a taxi from the next visiting hotel when you get to the airport. Taxi's are not regulated and will charge you much more than the growing rate.

This hotel was wonderful, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent - perfect for walking into the old town, although you will need a bike/scooter to get to the beach. (The beach and old town are quite far apart - so if you stay near one, you'll need some form of transport to get to the other). It was lovely to be welcomed into the hotel with ice cold towels and drinks after being out in the heat. Hotel has a lovely courtyard layout, and the room had everything you need including safe, hairdryer and toiletries. My one very small area for improvement would be the breakfast selection which was quite limited, but still was lovely quality and served with a smile. The staff will help out with anything you need and can recommend lovely places to visit. Hoi An is a must, and so is the Nhi Nhi hotel - excellent value.
