We stayed at Hoi An Trails Resort for 10 days and we really liked the hotel. Extremely attentive and professional staff and spatious rooms.
We ordered a car for a trip to Danang and it was great.
The only negative detail is homeless cats coming in from the opened balcony into the room and defecated on the bed or just hanging on the balcony.. We stayed on the second floor and cats came in by jumping on the roof.

The staff is very attentive! The massage is definitely worth the money. It is cheaper nearby but you get what you pay for.

All in all, great value for money and we will be back.

We very much appreciate your comment . We will keep our good work and try on our best to serve our guests better.

The rooms feel like an apartment due to their size. Ours had a very Japanese feel with the low beds and Japanese pottery jars on shelves. Good push bikes to use at no cost. We hired a scooter for 4 days ($4 day) The resort is situated on the edge of the rice fields so access is easy to get out amongst the locals. Felt the resort bus didn't stop in the best place for shopping. If we hadn't had the scooter we wouldn't have found the real hub of the old centre. I got 4 pairs of shoes made. $38 all leather, beautifully made and measured my foot.I took a favourite pair over and they copied it, they look and fit better than the originals.

A bit late with my review as I stayed in March. Hoi An is one of the most fascinating places I have visited and I enjoyed staying at the Hoi An Trails. A spacious ground floor room with a nice bathroom. Friendly staff, good breakfast, smashing pool and the massage was definitely worth the 12 dollars! Courtesy bus was full one evening so reception ordered a taxi for us into town for 5 dollars, there were five in the taxi and it was both hair-raising and funny dodging around the bikes. Hoi An at night is a sight to behold. 2 dollars for a few bits of laundry over the road, the ironing wasn't the best but who cares!

This hotel is wonderful. Ideally positioned between the beach and town. Many of the staff speak excellent English with wonderful knowledge of the area. A special mention must go Minh and his wife Thuy who helped us greatly. Best of luck with your, soon to be, baby. We enjoyed our stay so much and hopefully, be back, soon.

This is an attractive mid range resort option with super comfy beds and soft pillows to match. The egg chef works hard at breakfast time and there are plenty of Asian and Western choices. Breakfast can be eaten on the attractive terrace or in the air conditioned dining room. The shuttle bus into town is efficient and reliable although one evening it left us stranded in town because it departed ahead of schedule. We caught a taxi home and reception organized a fare refund for us - this was really appreciated, and done without fuss - a mark of excellent service. All rooms and their terraces/balconies are private as there is plenty of greenery and rooms are oriented in different directions. Everything in our room was in working order - quite a bonus! For us the only disappointment was the high cost of drinks and food, plus taxes adding another 15 % to the bill.
We found cheaper and tastier options in town. If a kid free zone is important to you, look elsewhere. If you are a family, relax and enjoy.
We found cheaper and tastier eateries in the town.
