We all know Vietnamese coffee is amazing, but this is especially good! The caffe sua ("brown"- with condensed milk) both hot and over ice were both great, and the best thing- they have apple pie, banana bread, eclairs, croissants- all the home comforts you can think of! Plus the staff are lovely. Brilliant.

an oasis with soothing iced coffee to hide away from the unforgiving summer heat! quite a few nice tarts/cakes that we tried too but nothing beats the coffee...lots of outlets that you will stumble upon while walking around the Hoi An Old Town.
Staff service was really good because we wanted to go into one outlet but it was too full, so one of the waiters kindly brought us all the way to the next outlet (7min walk) which was air conditioned and was less crowded with comfortable couches to lounge around in. We were so grateful!

Nice decor and atmosphere. Trendy young staff, but we found service very lacking.
Great range of snacks, desserts and drinks - hot and cold.
Fantastic chocolate smoothie with fresh mint, very refreshing after walking around in the heat. It was so nice to find somewhere with something other than fruit and pancakes on offer for dessert. Loved their Chocolate Beetroot cake. Will have to go back to try the lemon pie.
Would recommend, great range of coffees and you can buy roasted beans as well.
If had better service would have been 5 star.

I loved the iced coffe in particular! I came here with a friend and we had spring rolls, which were a delicious snack, and lemon pie!
Would definitely recommend!

It was hot and we were melting when we stumbled across Hoi An Roastery. It was an oasis with good coffee.

I ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee. I've grown quite fond of them and will miss them when I return home. The coffee arrived presented in a cool funky unique way. The coffee was dripping into the cup with the condensed milk at the bottom. You stirred them together and then poured over ice. Yummy! I'm thinking I'll head back for another later today.
