Good value/mid-range hotel. We stayed 1 night here and after reading the reviews and got a good price online. We got a pick up at the airport (the taxi mafia, what can you do?) and the hotel is in a great location on a quieter street within walking distance to the sights. We requested a room on a higher floor (the window in the bathroom is open) and had a deluxe twin room at the end of the hall. Good soundproofing, the only noise was from the open window in the bathroom. The compact rooms looked like they had been recently redecorated in a modern décor, clean, good linens. Comfy twin beds, nice décor, well laid out bathroom with hot water and great water pressure. Yummy breakfast and ordered poached eggs – perfect!

Would stay again. Hopefully longer than an evening in Da Nang.

Passing through Danang and this caught my eye on review on the internet, it's very unassuming basic, room has AC and fridge, basic amenities and free wifi as well, reception allows bookings and will show you places of interest in Maps, speak basic to intermediate English and are very friendly.
Be advised there are renovating on 5th floor and can be noisy for any afternoon naps,
Breakfast is free but very basic, it is great walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, always has reasonable cabs outside to take you places, most taxi drivers will know this hotel by just the name, fast speed to get here from airport or Train station,

Would recc this hotel for the budget traveller(s)

I want to share my 4 days spent in Dai A Hotel in Danang.
This hotel is just perfect : nice room, perfectly clean and well furnished, service is excellent,
everything is done to make you feel very well. On top of that, price is very reasonable.
I would recommend it 100%, even for longer stay. Enjoy.

We stayed a night here. Staff were not knowvery friendly when we checked in. Luckily the next day the staff were better.

Nice room, plenty of space in bathroom, comfortable and very clean.

WiFi worked well and there were 2 computers in the reception area for guests as well as a printer.

Breakfast was really nice but small portions. What was considered was some sweet, thick cream, which did not go well with tea.

Good location. Bus station for the local bus to Hoi An is 5 minutes walk and Da Nang train station was a few minutes in a taxi. Did not seem to be a huge amount of restaurants around but we did not walk around this area much so cannot say for sure.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. The room was nice and clean and although the shower wasn't great, everything else was good. We had our laundry washed and returned the same day and it was very reasonably priced. However, the construction works nearby kept us up all night and we felt we should have been warned in advance. The weather was so hot in the day that I suppose it has to start at night. It started at midnight and ended at about 9 in the morning for both the days we stayed here.

My family and I decided to stay one night in danang during our trip through out Vietnam. We've stayed in a budget hotel in Hanoi and hoi an. So far, this hotel is the worst. Dirty rooms with cracks in the walls, a/c is so bad we had to ask for a fan, phone number to reception is wrong (it's 100 not 101 as written in the hotel pamphlet), no water boiler (a hot water request literally was hot water in a jug that tasted like plastic), and couldn't even get a decent night's sleep with all the loud construction going on. All I have to say is that I'm glad I'm only staying here one night and if I were you, avoid this hotel like a plague. We stayed at sunshine hotel in hoi an 30 minutes away. And it's much much much cleaner and offers more variety (free bikes, spa service, pool...). If you want to see danang, either stay near the more expensive khe beach or go into hoi an.

After reading some recent reviews, I realized I had been overcharged by the hotel. Gotta admit that its location is good but room wise, it's rather old school and not sparkling clean. Bedsheets were yellowish. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and floor would get wet after every shower. Hotel only provided bath towel and not hand or face towel. Staff were acceptably friendly, breakfast was nice but slow in serving.
