Stayed here for 1 night and the hotel wasnt that good. The room didnt have a safety box which was annoying. The breakfast was bad and the wifi was real bad. Quite cheap but was alos quite bad. The staff were ok however

Room Tip: Get a room low down

We have chosen this hotel based on tripadvisor reviews & because we were unhappy about our stay at another hotel in DaNang. We got to see a room before booking and chose a room for just under 30 USD, which was a small room but clean & had everything we needed. When we came back to check into the room we got a much bigger room & thought we'd received a complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately we received a call from reception, shortly after installing ourselves, and were informed that they had accidentally put us in the wrong room. We were not keen on changing & agreed to pay 7 USD more for staying in this bigger room. We were not angry & believe/ hope this was an honest mistake. At a fancier hotel I would expect management to release the extra costs but for the price we paid & knowing this is a local hotel, we did not see this as a problem - just worth mentioning.
The beds were fine (mattress a little hard, but that's a personal preference). The room was clean. They do not provide 2 towels per person but it was no problem to get more after calling reception. Receptionist was really friendly when she reminded us about the fire show taking place at the dragon bridge. Laundry was more expensive than at other budget hotels but fast & reliable. Breakfast was great!
Absolutely fair value for money!

I'm staying at Dai A while I find an apartment in Da Nang. It's just enough of a splurge that I can afford to do this without being stressed and rushing into an apartment situation that's less than ideal. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful, even as I've asked less-than-common tourist questions about finding mechanics to check out motorbikes I want to buy, or where to buy a helmet or new sim card for my phone. The breakfast is really delicious and fresh, including the juices that are made to order. The flatscreen TV in my room was just right for watching World Cup games late into the night when I was too tired to be out and about. The bed is comfortable, the room very clean, the location perfectly situated to everything. I couldn't be happier with my stay here!

Moving from Hoi An to Da Nang, I stayed at this hotel for just one night. the hotel was abit dated at both its appearance and facilities. It has good location where you can reach the city center just a few steps. The hotel is acceptable.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and stayed again for 1 night after returning from Hoi An. For the price we paid, we were stoked with what we got! It was super clean, both rooms we had were quiet, and had a bath with a shower head over it (a nice change from the classic budget hotel shower over toilet situation). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but filling.

I stayed at Dai A Hotel when passing through Da Nang for one night, and selected it purely based on price. The location is nowhere near the beach, and the rooms have seen a lot of use and are not the cleanest. Everything in this hotel has a lot of wear and tear on it. As with most things, you get what you pay for. I'd consider staying here again in a pinch.

There was not really a good seal on a lot of doors and windows. There are no real balconies. Dust everywhere.
