I have stayed here before and always receive a warm welcome from the lovely staff. The location is fine, close to beach and just a short bike ride to the riverside. The massage is always nice, I recommend a few friends to stay here when in DaNang.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, i just would recommend a hotel closer to either the beach or the city (there are plenty of hotels in Da Nang). This is in the middel of both. To the city you need a taxi, its about 6 km and the beach is about a 15 min. walk. It is okay to walk to the beach or you can take a taxi.
The rooms however is okay fine and seems very clean. Basically that is number one priority for at stay, so if only on a short trip this hotel is fine.
The pool at the hotel is located at the back and the sun has a problem getting by the brickwalls. The breakfast is below average.
The hotelstaff are very helpful but speak not very good english og no english at all.

This hotel is no good if U are a westerner wanting a holiday by the beach. The beach is not a walking distance and U need a taxi to get to town. Otherwise there is not much around. Hotel is reasonably clean as U would expect from 3 stars in Vietnam. B'fast is also designed for locals, they don't know how to cook for westerners, not even fresh milk is available for coffee. Good enough place to stay 1 night if U are in transit or so.

After reasonable reviews was disappointed with hotel. First room had hole in ceiling & water came into room when it rained. Second room the air conditioner was so noisy. Breakfast was pretty awful & overall hotel dirty especially table cloths in breakfast room. Location was ok for us. Staff friendly. I am sure there would be other hotels around for same price which would be much better. Would not recommend.

The hotel was good enough...what you would expect for the price but the location is truly a deal breaker. Not even close to the beach (still ok) but if you have to go out even to go to an ATM it is right down scary. It was hard to find a good place to eat. I was traveling in Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was by far the worst location we were stayed.
