Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very nice staff but with only few English speaking knowledge.
We also rented a bike with them. All fine. Only disadvantage is the distance to Da Nang city, which is about 3-4 kilometres (1 hour walking). But only 2 minutes to the beach.

location was a short walk from the beach but besides it was pretty below par. Staff was very unhelpful and hardly spoke any english, even trying to get them to call a cab to take us to the post office was a struggle. At one point my girlfriend and I were relaxing in my room and the maids came banging on the door to clean, we told them it was alright but they didnt understand and wouldnt take no for an answer so we were forced to sit in the hallway as the maids did there thing. Food at the restaurant wasnt bad but the next time I go to Da Nang ill find a different hotel to stay for sure..

It was truly a fantastic stay!! Everyone there was SOOOOO helpful - like Trang, and the lady who helped me learn to count to 10. The room was ALWAYS kept clean, and what a spectacular room!! The beds were soooo comfortable.

The food was great, the dining area was SPOTLESS. The location was perfect. Sometimes when travelling and you want to add another night you get hammered with a higher rate. Not here! I had friends visit and they were treated with respect like they were guests at the hotel (not my experience at other more pricey hotels in Da Nang).

You can be sure I will stay there again when I come back and I have already told many friends about the place. Sadly, not many Americans and Germans visit Viet Nam. But you are highly recommended. Your hotel and staff made it a holiday I will remember forever with a smile.

Room Tip: I had the Jr Suite - it was worth the extra few dollars per day.

This hotel was pretty basic, and not what we expected for the price of $137 per night. The room we had was the superior suite, so it was large, but we asked for twin beds and got a king size double with a typically hard mattress. Only two small pillows, and basic two towels and two hand towels. The shower curtain was moudy and dirty. The staff were not that friendly, and breakfast was limited to soup or eggs, and one drink - no fruit juices just tea, coffee or lemon cordial. The room was noisy because the staff who lived above seemed to be dagging furniture across the floor most of the late evening. The airconditioning barely worked in the 37 degree heat. The hotel is one block back from the beach on a dusty dirt laneway, and there is no outlook from rooms below the 5th floor. There are some fairly OK restaurants along the beachfront, but nothing else, so shopping meant a taxi trip back into Danang itself.

Visitors who love the beach will find this accommodation acceptable, and good value for a budget traveler. The Hotel is is a few minutes from the beach. There is a restaurant attached to the Hotel where meals and drinks can be ordered. It is also within easy access to a few local restaurants. The Reception and Restaurant staff are not very fluent in english, but they will do their best to help the visitor. The main highlight being close proximity to the beach and the beach promenade. A trip to the main city centre will cost about $4 US Good value for money

Room Tip: Some rooms are small but Ok for solo traveler. Please ask the reception for the type of room requir...

We recently stayed here on the 4th floor for $13 per night - great value. Basic rooms and very close to the beach. Nice shower, cable tv with some English channels.

I did find it particularly noisy. The rooms open immediately onto the floor landing so anyone walking to their room and talking is immediately by your bed head. This coupled with dog barking, rooster chicken wake ups and staff cleaning rooms early meant i needed earplugs to get to sleep at 11pm and to remain asleep after 6.30am. This being said with the earplugs in I had no issues sleeping.

There is a lift so no problems with higher floors. I suspect the more expensive rooms may be better positioned.

There is nothing nearby. Beach was quiet, and we saw next to no tourists. There were a couple of restaurants on the beach front but we didn't visit these.

With hindsight we would have skipped Da Nang altogether and would have spent an extra night in Mui Ne or Hoi An. The town doesn't have a touristy feel and resembles a building site. We did take a taxi and took a walk along the river one night, but this was short lived with nothing much going on either.

Staff were friendly, helped us book our train ticket. Restaurant was basic with most staff not speaking or understanding English. May return again for a super cheap room, but I can't see us going back to Da Nang any time soon.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher room with ocean view
