We stayed at Fusion for three nights and I'd have to say they were the best, most relaxing three nights in Vietnam. The management there is exceptional, the service unmatched by anywhere else in Vietnam. We stayed in a one bedroom Villa and enjoyed the private pool and private outdoor space. From the bellman to receptionists through to management this place was flawless during my stay. I would recommend this place highly. During our stay the GM Gillian provided exceptional service; she provided us with a more than detailed itinerary and recommendations on where to go. They guarantee two spa treatments per day at no additional cost; this was the first time we were exposed to this concept and we were amazed by how effective it was in ensuring a relaxing time. The spa staff were lovely and did not hang around afterwards hinting for a Tip; tipping spa staff was not mandatory but with such low wages it was nice to tip. Included in the booking was breakfast anywhere on the resort, we had breakfast on the beach; if you request the night before they will set up a table for you where ever you desire. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel or resort; it was set up to be a three course breakfast, with juices, coffee, tea, sweets and savory. I would definitely come back here when i revisit Vietnam.

We stayed 6 days after a week of travel in Vietnam
Overall satisfied
The room is really great. There are not a lot of room, which keeps the resort to a good size.
Emeline has been amazing with us trying to arrange anything we needed, including the birthday of our son that was really kind.
The supposed kid area is less than average
The spa is really good, except the booking where you feel you ask for a favour.
Despite whatbpeople write sometimes, these are not free, we pay for it, as part of the room price.
The room sevice menu is ... One page !
The beach is nice, even if the see is a bit rough

The 3-bedrooms Grand beach villa at Fusion Maia is great (4,xxx sq ft)

Staff is friendly and helpful, house keeping and maintenance staff did good jobs

Food at restaurants are social but better than in HK

Very clean everywhere

No tour groups

Most busy was at the spa, must prebook. The therapist quality is varies, Thai massage is better, in here they focus on more aromatic massage than pressure points

Three rooms inside our villa; the big one has a rectangular bath tub and a king size bed around 6-700sq ft, whilst the other two rooms are apparently very small, 4' bed only, can't set extra bed in the smallest room

Kitchen is apparently small, good for two people

Beach is very nice and long, sands very soft. The 鱗光at night was just amazing

Atmosphere and the spacious made us very relax though the journey is so short

Love to come back, all of us were having a wonderful time.

I arrived here from the 5 star Nam Hoi just up the road to find a smaller hotel but well appointed and a friendly welcome . A nice introduction by a member of staff giving the hotel and local details . A very nice supprise to find a super room with a large seating and
wash area along with a garden small pool and seating. A nice touch was your very own Fusionistia ( contact person ) who will look after all your needs while staying . It is a very international hotel with many languages spoken by management . It has a lovely pool area and well serviced beach area . Sea Swimming was much better than even a short way up the coast with a gentle slope . The grounds were very well kept with lots of bamboo and green areas. It was a nice supprise to fine two Irish girls on the management team Majella and Kirsten along with their Swiss colleague Sheena were doing a great job making our stay a memorable one . An interesting aspect to this hotel is that the spa treatments are inclusive so there is two treatments per guest per day included in the room rate . A very nice hotel I would come back again !!

My wife and me and our room mates in the villa are all satisfied with the services provided, particularly from Ms. Hong, the guest relation officer whom had given us perfection recommendation about dining and fishing tour. The manager from the fishing tour showed integrity and professionalism and we all enjoyed the dinner on board. We all have planned to visit your villa sometime in the future and hopefully the room reservation and flight booking will not be that tight as we did the booking more than 6 weeks ago and hard to get confirmed.

My wife and I spent five nights at the Fusion Maia in Feb.and had a lovely time there. The hotel is very nice and some of the staff were very .However We did see some less welcoming and indifferent faces, which is understandable considering how many staff there were.To have every staff friendly and welcoming everyday is every management dream and although I think there’s still some way to go,I can see they are trying hard.
Food was generally nice but their breakfast was excellent. Breakfast on the beach is a fantastic idea especially when the weather is not hot. There are no restaurants or shops nearby except hotels.
Weather is still not hot and sunny everyday ib Feb. We were very lucky while we’re there, about 24C. But it could get well below 20C .We brought our wet suits with us and still found it too cold too swim. The small in the villa is just nice to look at,but if you want to enjoy it,go after April.
The beach is nice and quiet. But it is not cosy because it’s vast -you just can’t walk from one side to the other! The sea was too rough to go in during Feb.You won’t see beautiful sunsets like most famous beach resorts ,which is a same, because the sun sets on the other side.No romantic evening stroll along the beach I’m afraid.
The spe has great potential. Its environment is very nice. The small heated swimming pool is great in cold weather. We had no problem with the booking. But I think it all depends on their availabilty. The biggest problem is the inconsistency of the quality of their therapists. The one I had on the last day was very good,I think her name was Lin? The others were ok. I had the intense therapy on my first day.My whole body was in pain and I had terrible headache for the following three days. Their intense therapy was far too short. I am used to such pressure, but they should have longer time to relax your muscles gradually first before using strong pressure. But they only give you 30 mins.or less which is way too short. The technique of my therapist on that day was really bad and she basically forced her way into my muscles and as a result ,I had to suffer for few days before I could enjoy a more relaxing message.Be careful if you want to opt for such massage!
Overall we still enjoyed our stay there very much and I can see this will become one of the best (if not the best hotel) hotels in Da Nang if they could continue to improve on certain areas.
By the way,our fusionista ,Yu,was excellent but she is no longer working there!

We loved our 7 nights at Fusion Maia. Lovely spa treatments, great food, friendly, helpful staff. The pool villas were private wiyh a good sized pool and lovely gardens. The shuttle bus into Hoi An could have been a bit more frequent maybe. I would highly recommend Fusion Maia. Lynne, Melbourne, Australia
