No English is spoken here so beware. You will be resorted to scirbbling on bit of paper if you need to communicate. The rate was 300,000 VD and we said it was too much so she lowered the price down to 250,000 VD only for the first night then if we stayed another night it would go back up to the 300,000 VD. Very strange, so we moved the next day.
Beware there is nothing at all on this strip, apart from expensive seafood restaurants and you are lucky to find an actual shop to buy some drinks from, no noodles or cheap backpacker fair like fried rice etc.
It may be better to stay in the city for cheap food and better accommodation, if the weather was nice i suppose it would be ok to stay near the beach. The beach is nothing special and make sure you look out for the rip tides.
I wouldn't go back or recommend this place, if you have to stay in Danang rent a scooter and stay in town you can do all the sties, ie beach and mountains etc in one day.
