After traveling two days in HCMC, eating at the market and hotel, The Green House restaurant was refreshing.
Starter: We started with fresh spring rolls which included an excellent dipping sauce. I'm not a fan of strong fish sauce, so this sauce for the rolls were perfect mixed.
Salad: A beef & young banana salad followed. This was excellent and a great portion for two. The salad was lightly dressed with a refreshing dressing and topped with beef strips.
Drinks:

Entrees:
° Fiancé: Wagyu hamburger w/ fries. Cooked medium. This was a great portion, Juicy, and presented with the veggies and condiments on the side so you can add too your liking.
° Me: Mackerel BBQ'ed in banana leaf. Excellently prepared with garlic, onions, chilli peppers, and other. Served with steamed white rice. Very flavorful and perfectly portioned.
Dessert: Tiramisu was nice and fluffy, enough sweetness.
Environment:
° Ambience is nice for a relaxing dinner, the kitchen is viable, you can enjoy the view and cleanliness of the cooking area.
° Staff is very attentive and regularly checking on us for refills and asking if the meal was acceptable.
