Thats the hotel (which is boutique) and the duty manager Trang (?). This hotel is very well located and although the beach is very limited due to tide , the pool area is lovely ,almost an infinity pool with view of ocean ,and there is a patio on the sea front with sun loungers. The breakfast is good ,free coffee re-fills and the rooms are well appointed. The beautiful Trang made my stay with her excellent humour and professionalism she made on ward travel and tours easy. The restaurant next door provides very good food at a low low price. I could not have enjoyed my stay more THANK YOU to all the staff who are brilliant. My stay solo cost $30 for garden room

We booked a room 3 weeks in advance, one day before we should've arrive we replied on their letter with request to confirm our arrival. But when we arrived after 5 hours of a trip by bus we got lots of lie and offer to move to another cheaper hotel but for the same price!!! They made a double booking and were insisting on a made-up story that their director closed the room and left the country with a key!!!!

Tried to stay here over the Christmas period. Booked almost two weeks in advance as we wanted to ensure we got somewhere nice, good price and with fellow travellers in a shared room, as we were away from home.
Turned up to find out they didn't have our reservation, despite us receiving a confirmation email and a 10% deposit taken from our bank account.
We were told there was no available space apart from a family room which was far too expensive for us, and was not offered as compensation.
We had to find another place for a greater price. Very disappointed with the customer care and service. Should have a booking system that works seeing as they do this countless times every day!

Spent two nights here.
Originally booked one night in a dorm for two people $10 each no breakfast.
There had been an error at the hostel and the dorm was full. So they offered us a private double for $30 with breakfast (should be $50) for the first night which seemed very fair and included breakfast which was great.

Staff very friendly an helpful. Took bags back and forth to room and helped us make several phone calls to book onward bus and make frantic calls to previous days tours when we thought we had lost things!

Pool is small but clean. Beach not very wide and does not exist when tide comes in but it's like that the whole resort.

Dorm clean beds and fine

Just down the road from backpackers bit of a walk to some of the bars further down the main strip

Mui Ne is a really beautiful place, and Zenora is in a great location. It has a pool, a walk down to the beach, and is in pretty much the middle of the strip. My friend and I stayed in the dorm room that they have there. Everything was great except that it was very cramped. It's a twelve bed dorm as listed online, but somehow they managed to squeeze a 13th bed in front of the bathroom door. So, it got a bit crowded in that room. Also, just know that Mui Ne is relatively expensive compared to other places in Vietnam, but Zenora tends to be more expensive in terms of food and laundry than other places, so head out to get that stuff done (or do your laundry before you get to Mui Ne).
