I played the course three times; once form the blue tees and twice from the white tees. From booth tees you meet well located bunkers (the course has plenty of these) and strategic water hazards.
The fairways have some brown spots but this is quite natural for a course built on sand dunes. The greens have an average speed but are true.
I enjoyed playing here although my game was not up to the challenging course.
