Natalie's is family owned and run with Mom and Dad in the back, son and daughter in front. The food is all homemade and it shows. Outstanding soups, hearty entrees - you can't go wrong with whatever you get. Their specialty is Lebanese dishes but there is plenty of American food, too. Yum!

We are very happy to have found this restaurant, located close the the cluster of hotels we often stop at during our travels. Also, very close for university students.

It's not a fancy place at all, but the food quality is excellent! If you're looking for a fancy date, this is not the place. No attempts at making this a swanky atmosphere, just a comfortable and functional place full of tables and chairs with a few plants and minimal decorations (including a wall showing some of the positive press and prizes for soups). You walk up to the counter to order from a super-friendly guy (at least that's who was working when we were there) and then he brings the food out to your table, (sometimes on a plastic cafeteria tray).

There are 4 types of vegetarian burgers, which you can get on a roll or rolled into a pita (wheat pitas available). We chose 2 and had one each way. Both excellent, especially with a little flavor of whatever that sauce was they gave us. The tomato-basil soup was perfect! I see why these guys have won awards for their soups.

The only thing lacking was some sort of tasty beverage selection. They have a cooler with bottles of water, soda, and ice teas. I was more in a juice mood, as this was our brunch.

I'm pleased to add to the great reviews Natalie's has received - it was great!
we thought we'd try it out for dinner, and were glad we did.
I had the Chicken Kabob dinner with hummus and salad, and my father had the Kibby Wrap. Both dishes were great, a 9/10. Would have been a 10, if the salad was made with romaine etc instead of iceberg lettuce. Using iceberg in salads seems to be very commonplace in Buffalo, so I suppose it's just one of those things.
i highly recommend Natalie 's - we've added them to our favourite restaurants list!

This mediterranean style luncheonette serves delicious food in a very casual (downscale, old style) room. The people are very friendly and bring your food to the table after you place and pay for your order at the counter. We hunted for this place because we had been here on a previous trip and enjoyed it, and were glad we did, even though they had limited supplies of dishes we wanted. Because they keep everything fresh, and they were closing on the impending holiday, they didn't want to over-stock. Can't really fault them for that. We recommend it!
