“fantastic stay”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

We stayd at Kempinski last week for a week and were travelling with small childres.

Upon arrival at hte hotel, our 2 children got a small attention at the reception, and we got a triple upgrade of our romm! let me tell you this we got a master suite, and it was fantastic (room N°229) with a large jacuzzi and a great view of the red sea, which made at stay extra nice, and an extra reason to go back!

The room was large, the bed confortable, mini bar (complementary) realy nice.

Everybody of the staff was very kind, especcialy

- the cook at AM/PM restaurant: Murad Zayed: he was always very kind, and was always asking it he needed to prepare something special for the children, since they do ot always like the food we eat. (tomatosoup was great, as were the fish and chips for the kids). The food was excellent.
- waitresses: raquel and Florylynne were realy kind to: they especially came to say us goodbye when we left for home.

Only downside: the lifegards at hte pool: there not realy nice. they do not allow you to swim anywhere you want with kids, witch was not so nice. and the tiles at the pool are realy slipery!

we will recommand this hotel!!!

.

Room Tip: ask for room 229

Our room was beautiful and bright with a fabulous sea view. Furthermore it is rare to find a room that is well lit at night and where the dressing table is comfortable and has the hairdryer conveniently located. There is a complimentary soft drinks minibar and free wifi in the public areas of the hotel but not in the rooms. The beach & pools are well kept and attractive. On the negative side.. the Chef service for breakfast is abysmal. I waited 35 mins for waffles that never came returning regularly to the chef to enquire. There was no restaurant manager. A charming duty night manager eventually came... he apologised and offered to compensate us on our onward stay at the Kempinski Dead Sea... where we received no acknowledgment at all.

The hotel was very good; the room nice, the rolm views nice, the pool ok, the beach ok. Nothing to complain about,
in the least. highlight was the breakfast (in spite of the somewhat
weird guests sometimes). But dont expect anything extraordinary, either...

From the moment we arrived to the day we left, the service was impeccable. It was truly one of the best experiences. The bed was awesome, the view fantastic, the food at breakfast was a feast and most of all, we loved the staff. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and you literally look right at the Red Sea from your room. The service was five star plus, but we definitely had a few staff who really made our stay special. Khaled who was in the breakfast restaurant was amazing. He handled a busy crowd of people and made every guest feel like they were the most important people at the hotel. He kept the staff on task in this very easy manner. He knew our favorite foods and made great recommendations for dining at the hotel, made the reservation and then dropped by the dinner restaurant to be sure we were being taken care of. We were also very impressed with the bellboy and valet, Mohammad Al Masri. He made sure we knew exactly where we were driving to (which is extremely helpful) and took really good care of us. I can't say enough about the staff. They communicated with each other, worked together and truly offered the highest level of service. Thank you to the management for everything. I can't wait to return.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, the design is fresh and vibrant and the staff are lovely.
every room has amazing views of the sea and resort pools, the room designs are sleek and bright with white interiors and see through bathrooms. This would have to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Jordana, if not the best, down to every little detail.

I am now stay at the Kempinski Red Sea Aqaba. The hotel is trully 5* with all the room overlooking the Red Sea. Room is very big and clean. You can enjoy the seaview at any corner of your room even from your bath room. Amenity is wonderful, you have fruit basket, welcome drink and chocolate and free use of mini bar. It is amazing right?
Bed and pillow quality is something that make your sleep wonderful.
Swimming pool is special design and I am sure you will love it from the first sight.
Dinner is super.
I love this hotel.

Room Tip: no special advise as all rooms have good views
