The usual Kempinski standard right by the Red Sea. You can see Jordan, Israel and Egypt from your lounger at the private beach while enjoying a nice cocktail. The perfect base for your diving expeditions or your trips to Wadi Rum (only half an hour away). Good service, modern facilities and very attentive staff. A safe bet.

we stayed two nights here with my family after travelling to sites in Israel and visiting Petra. It was very nice, we all enjoyed it a lot, it was very peaceful and calm after all the travel. lovely rooms, good service, it had character, a lovely pool, and we were well treated. we liked the free minibar (no alcohol which was fine) and while prices in the hotel were high they weren't exorbitant. Our party tried jet skiing, we did some snorkeling and scuba diving, swam in the pool and the sea, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. there were not too many people staying which made life easy for us, pool never crowded, pool bar accessible, lovely breakfast and meals.

Booked the Kempsinki over the internet for 5 nights as a base while tripping to Petra and surrounds. Booking in over the net was effortless and good rates offered for a Junior Suite.
Check in was easy, the hotel was very quite when we arrived (during Ramadan). We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which had a large lounge area and a separate bedroom with double balconies. Large bathroom, shower and bath and nice inclusions including capsule coffee maker. Soft drinks and juices in the mini bar were complimentary as well as Wi Fi. Hotel has a great pool complex and sits right on the beach. Ample sun lounges on the beach, but a little limited around the pool. Only shade is from umbrellas, however, they are quite large. Pool area also has a bar and you can sit in the pool and have a drink. At the beach there is a casual eating area called "The Walk", offering snacks, pizza, ice creams etc. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of variety and with an egg station. The Rest which serves breakfast (AM/PM) also does a buffet dinner at night. We also tried the other restaurant called "Fish". Located on the beach, good service and well presented food. Reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel.
Overall would recommend this hotel. Very clean, modern and walking distance to other hotels, cafes, restaurants etc.

Room Tip: All the rooms have balconies and face the pool with a view of the Red Sea or face the Red Sea direct...

Our Stay in the hotel kempinski aqaba was amazing, the staff provided a lot of help and they do also special request provided with care. breakfast in main restaurant was poorly out of hygiene. staff's are lousy to talk to, but it doesnt count at all! generally it was very a great hotel experience and the employees have been so wonderful and i felt very welcomed. we like the fact that we are spoiled and taking good care more on attention with the staff especially the cool and funny employees we encounter at the beach restaurant, i forgot the name of the restaurant but perhaps they are really good in-terms of service.. i would like to thank the staff around the beach area for giving us very nice service especially the blond girl who give us idea where to visit good places around aqaba. actually my brother likes her that much because of her cute accent on speaking. very great hotel! we will come back for another stay :) amazing thumbs up for the saladssss...

Room Tip: very nice rooom accomodation but a little bit of bad smell especiallly the pillows.

Stayed two nights in this outstanding hotel. Started with an upgrade to a junior suite as our designated room was not ready yet and remained on a skyscraping servicelevel till we checked out and the doorman returned the car- key with our luggage already packed in the car.
All well furnished rooms are facing the red sea and the pool area. Superlong swimmingpool, but disappointing beach (noisy, tiny swimming area). Good, but expensive fish restaurant, gorgeous breakfast with lots of local dishes as well. Within easy walking distance of downtown Aqaba. Highly recommended!

I really really loved this hotel and was absolutely gutted i was only able to enjoy 2 nights here.

Really nice modern hotel and service was impeccable. The pool and beach areas were really nice to relax at and the sun loungers were very very comfortable. On our first day we relaxed by the pool and would like to point out that we visited Jordan in some 45 degree heat. And the sides of the sun loungers were metal. I think you can already guess what I'm about to say next - yes a word of warning when getting off the sunbeds - the metal is HOT.

The following day, we decided to switch to the beach and relax there. Really enjoyable day with Jet-skiing. I do have to add that service by the pool was much better than by the beach.

Rooms were really really nice and modern.

Overall an excellent hotel and would recommend to anyone. Would definitely LOVE to come back!
