This resort is amazing! Even though the beds are a bit springy, the service is amazing and the setting/location is superb! I was helped with everything I needed even before I could think that I needed it. It is set right across the road from an amazing beach with great snorkeling and the view is absolutely wonderful, as you see 3 countries and the sunset over the Red Sea. I will definitely recommend it!

I would not call this place a hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, and not a single time did our room get cleaned. Which is really gross, since you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet and have to put it in the bin next to it. So this didn't get emptied. Also the bathroom door (glass) had a big crack over the whole door, held together with sticky tape, and the door handle was missing so you couldn't actually close the door.

The place has a pool, which is good, but no sun chairs etc so that you can actually lie near the pool in the sun. Only tables and chairs on the sides. And since the beach is not very nice to be on, this does matter.

The only good thing this place has going for it, is it's location, which is very close to the water, with a beautiful coral reef for snorkeling. But the beach is filthy and full of cigarette butts etc, so don't expect to spend a day on the beach. it's only nice under the water.

The staff in this place is not helpful at all, and it's just a group of guys sitting around doing nothing. And there's no information what so ever in your room when you arrive. You will not get offered any help, if you want information about anything, you need to find it yourself. Wifi was very rarely working. Oh and don't eat at the hotel.. food is not good. Go in to town for food!

On our departure day, when we started to bring our bags to our car, one of the men working there saw us, and said "Keys!". Nothing else. He just wanted to have the keys back. He didn't say anything like "hope you enjoyed your stay" or "thank you for staying" etc.... the worst hotel service ever.

Not so much a hotel, as a group of men smoking cigarettes near some rooms..

We stayed four nights, and the rooms were never cleaned once.. When you aren't allowed to flush toilet paper, this is disgusting..

No real reception, no maps, no information, even the slightest question, or anything to do with their jobs was the biggest effort.. A bunch of men absolutely stealing a living..

Wifi never works, terrible showers, awful staff, decent location..

By far the meanest people in jordan. Avoid

We made a booking with them through their website. They answered and confirmed our booking. The only problem was that when we arrived we discovered that the whole building was being rebuilt. It seemed it had been bombed. Obviously nobody apologized and we found ourselves at 9 pm in the middle of nowhere looking for accommodation. We found a place next door as well being renovated but at least with rooms available to sleep. Well, we tried to, since I killed at least 10 mosquitoes through the sleepless night. I had seen already a few dead mosquito bodies stuck to the wall, so that must be quite a common experience for everybody. I would say if you go to the Dead sea, go to a luxury hotel, in Aqaba, to Egypt or even better, just go to Petra and the desert.

Probably the best thing about the stay were the rooms which were really clean and comfy. Service could easily find improvements, also the staff could be less rude and neglecting. Restaurant prices are well aware of the remoteness of this place and food was prepared without any sign of love.

If you want to spend some time on the beach in Aqaba, the location is perfect. Just cross the road and you are on the Red Sea. Definitely some good snorkeling there. The rooms were clean, but when we stayed, the water was barely warm. We had lunch there and the food wasn't great, therefore we took a cab into town for dinner, which was nice. Breakfast is a basic Jordanian breakfast, no complaints there, but there is no buffet as someone wrote, they just bring you plates. Most importantly, the guys who run it are the most unfriendly people we met during our whole time in Jordan. We can't say they were rude, but it felt like it was a pain for them to answer even simple questions. We tried to avoid talking to them altogether after a while. I am sure you can find a better place for the same amount of money.

I booked through a BnB website that the hotel in the pricing failed to take into account the busy Eid holiday week. When we arrived they double the confirmed price. They were very apologetic but at least they held the reservation . Eid is a week holiday in Muslim countries when all governmental offices close hence everyone travels! By mutual agreement we stayed one night instead of two and let them have to room to rent at the higher vacation prices.
The facility is modern with a great diving/snokeling reef just across the road. Meals are reasonable and prepared fresh.
The photo is of the very expensive $ 350 USD goat that is sacrificed on Eid and the meat donated to the Mosque for the needy.
