Visited this restaurant out of few Indian options ... It was ok for a quick Indian meal craving but after eating lot of Indian food have to say it didn't have any Japanese touch in regards to service or food standards.
Had butter chicken and tomato garlic naan, chicken was tough and had to use a fork to cut it and they gave a pizza cutter for naan which was strange.
Free salad n papadum to start with but again don't taste like restaurant quality and cabbage were not fresh.
Staff seemed too relaxed and didn't seem to be on the feet. The entrance area was completely empty with a huge 20 seater table which would obviously be empty most of the time and have to go in far corner of the restaurant, the chef asked me to take a seat as only 2 floor staff were busy in corner section of the restaurant where they sat most of the diners which they had ! Waiter then came and pointed me to the corner but I was not able to understand as he was not specking Hindi or any other Indian language I know. Definitely not Japanese. But I just held my ground and advised with body language that being solo diner I don't wanna sit in middle of families with kids.
At the end after payment expected a receipt for the bill but again had to ask for a receipt.
All together I would explore other places in the area next time.
If you want a quick meal and don't wanna walk and can compromise with quality of the food then it would be a way to go due to location of the venue. but the prices are quite high compared to quality and service provided. however I discovered other Indian restaurants about 15-20min walk.
