This is really the best eel I had so far. Very crispy on the surface and the fish meat was so fresh and tender. The look is like roasted pork in HK. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was a long queue. But we didn't wait for a long time. The waitress there was very nice. Although she couldn't speak English, she tried her best to explain to me the set that I ordered may be too big portion for me.
