Our Japanese colleague took us here for Nagoya style chicken wings. They were indeed about the best wings I've ever had ... and I've had a lot in my time. The most surprising thing was a strong Korean influence in the menu with a fair bit more than the requisite kimchee. My friend said that indeed Mr. Yama had some family connection to Korea but I can't confirm this. Overall food was very tasty and with three men fully stuffed by end of the meal with a modest amount of drinks came to Y8000. Note that this is a chain but I am told that the outlets are consistently decent.
