Currently in Nagoya for the first time and am staying at Hilton Nagoya Hotel. Nice room and the staff are great.

The location is also great, no one can be lost. I advise others to stay in this hotel when they travel to Nagoya.

Room Tip: Rooms are wide with twin beds.

This is a great hotel with exceptional service, The hotel provides a shuttle service to/from the Nagoya Station. For first timers, it was a bit difficult to find the shuttle stop. Once we got off the train, we followed the signs for the Marriott, which took us to the JR Towers. Once in front of the JR Towers, you must cross the street on the North side of the Midland Square. That is where the Hilton Shuttle picks you up. Note that there is no sign that says Hilton shuttle stops here. Once we arrived at the hotel, all the staff were very helpful, providing us lots of information with directions. We purchased the 2 day business packages which included wifi and breakfast. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a mixture of Western and Japanese foods. On the weekends, the hotel provides a service to/from the Nagoya Castle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nagoya!

Went to Nagoya for the first time and stayed at Hilton. It's 1 subway stop from Nagoya station or a 900-1000 yen taxi ride away. Rooms are nice and the staff are great. The concierge was very helpful in suggesting places or interest and restaurants.

My family was greeted as soon as we got off the parking garage elevator. She took our bags and went straight to the Executive lounge for express check in as soon as we gave her our name. We stayed at the executive floor and the room was kinda small but it was still great. The hotel is centrally located which made sight seeing very easy. There are tons of restaurants outside the hotel and a Starbucks just across the street. The gym and pool were also great. We are definitely coming back and I highly recommend this hotel.

After many trips over the years to Nagoya I have stayed at the Hilton Hotel many times on company business. I have been a Hilton Honors member since the 1980's. Each time I ask for a queen size bed I have received two twin beds. My Hilton Honors profile is ignored. I don't sleep in a twin bed at home and do not expect to do so while away on business. I have fallen out of the bed twice and am thankful it is only a one foot drop as the beds are so close to the floor. The beds are hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable.

After this last two night stay I felt it is time to let others know. After a 12 hour flight one would want to find a nice comfortable bed.

To top it off Hilton is one of the last hotels to charge for Internet service. The rooms are outdated and the I left more tired than when I arrived.

Room Tip: Ask for a floor high up and away from the elevator. Also ask for a room not facing the wall and ten...

On the other hand, thank you for your comment regarding our bed and internet connection.
I am sorry that we were unable to provide this service free of charge in your guest room.
We value our customer’s opinions about us to serve you in any better way. So should there be anything else that we can do to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, please let us know.
Thank you once again, and we look forward to welcoming you again to the Hilton Nagoya in the future.

Additional note from GM:
We certainly should respect the bed preferences and on this occasion it has led to a lack of comfortable sleep.
Please let me personally review the room allocation on your next visit.

Although the room is quite old, but still in good shape. Need to improve with the total facility! Further, the hotel may need to work with the Lounge Food variety! At the end, the hotel itself has good service, only that you need more time to renovate.
