Staff very helpful and sourced english speaking staff member when needed. Spacious, clean, stylish room. Fantastic location over the road from Central Park. Drinks under the TV tower a must. Two stations from Nagoya to Sakae.

I stayed there for a night. I was in Nagoya to attend a concert at the Aichi Cultural Center and the location was perfect for that purpose. It was also easy to access from the subway, and close to shops, sights and food. A nice little business hotel, very convenient!

This hotel is located in the heart of the city. Close to the upscale shopping at Yabacho station and close to all the Western style nightclubs. The hotel has easy access to the underground and bus lines.

The hotel rooms are clean and modern. The internet is fast, the free breakfast is good, and the onsen is relaxing. You can't get a better deal in Nagoya. I know, I live here. If my Air Con hadn't broke in the dry season I wouldn't have been here. I would recommend to all friends visiting to stay here.

We booked it at the last minute for an impromptu trip to Nagoya. A very comfortable hotel, everything standard and predictable, but well executed and lots of attention to comfort. Very good location too in the centre of Nagoya, and reasonably priced.

My wife and I just returned from a 4 night stay at this property. This came after a 5 night stay at the B Ikebukuro.

If you're coming by train to Nagoya/Sakae, when exiting Sakae station at exit 13, just walk downhill. The hotel is on the same side of the street about 1 1/2 blocks down. Note - exit 13 is only stairs. If you have a bit of luggage, exit the station through the connecting office building and take the elevator or escalator up to street level.

Check-in was easy. Note - the front desk has limited knowledge of English. Be patient and you can work things out. There are two computers in the lobby.

Our room appeared to be a corner room and was quite spacious for a business hotel. Our closet, while not huge, had four hangers. Plan on living out of your suitcase. The furnishings in the room were modern. However, the cozy bathroom was a bit outdated. Note, when standing in the shower, watch your head as the ceiling is kind of low. Firm mattresses.

Breakfast in the third floor banquet room was fine. A good selection of Western and Japanese food items.

A great stay for the price paid. Would consider this property for a future visit.

Sure, the rooms are small but they are exceptionally clean. If you stay several days they will feel smaller by the day, ESPECIALLY if you have several bags. There is no bureau and only two hangers in a 6x6 inch deep/wide closet. They kindly gave me a hanging rack which really helped a bunch. The view I had was a side view of the park-#1402. It is a couple feet longer than the first room I checked into(doesn't sound like much but you will need it!). I glanced in #1401 and if you can get that upgrade that room looked fantastic, much bigger with a view straight down the park.
I lived in Japan for some years and the bathrooms are pretty average. The bed was rock hard, which I usually prefer. Being on American time it was a little hard on the hips those couple sleepless nights.
The breakfast is probably a four on a scale of one to ten but sometimes it is nice just to take some food up to your room(probably was not supposed to). Starts at 7:00am-Being wide awake at 5:00am wished it was a little earlier.
They did have a rule about no guests in the rooms. My husband was staying with his mom several miles away and felt like I had to sneak him up when we had to exchange things. Made us feel like teens.
Maria, the front desk clerk, was fantastic.
In a nutshell, for a trip more than a couple days this might not be for you. Perfect for a couple days. I was there on and off several days, the last leg four nights. I was getting tired of staring at my stuff everywhere. Well, when I got home at least it made me feel like I lived in a castle!
