“Ok in an emergency”
Reviewed 16 January 2013

I stayed here courtesy of Lufthansa after my flight was cancelled due to a snowstorm. I found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful, especially as they were called upon to help out at the last minute and seemed a bit understaffed at that time of night.
The other reviews are pretty accurate. It seems a bit dated and weary and in need of a facelift but my room was spacious, very clean and quiet. I couldn't find any way to control the temperature and was a bit cold, especially as the temperature outside had dropped. There isn't much to do around the hotel but there is a Starbucks, Lawson and McDonalds nearby and it seemed to be close to a train station. I wouldn't choose to stay here, but really cannot complain as I stayed here for free.

This is one of those places where on the surface everything sort of looks okay, but on closer scrutiny, everything is just a little off. Feels like it is stuck somewhere 15 years in the past -- no wireless, narrow twin beds, tired bathrooms, no real amenities. If there is a fitness center, hard pressed to tell you where...and on the flip side, the bar is the lousiest I've ever seen in a Japanese hotel. The Annex seems to cater to a lot of weddings (like many hotels in this area) but was ghostly silent my entire stay. Have to believe others in the area are better and more welcoming places to stay.

Reviewed 23 August 2010

During a business trip I've been stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. As mentioned in the head line from my point of view it was ok. The furnish is not the newest, but everything is clean and the staff was very polite and kind. The room size was sufficient. I had only breakfast in the morning. The offered food was fresh and had good taste. If I have once to come back to this place, I would have no problem to use this hotel again.
