“A very nice stay”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

We stayed here for a few nights in a compact double room. The room is very clean and tidy .It is away from the main traffic area so the room is quiet with a relatively nice view unblocked by other buildings( like in some other city hotels). At the same time it is close to the train stations and very convenient to travel around. However, the escalator leading to the train station served only one way, ie, going up; so it might be difficult if you have a very heavy luggage. We also enjoyed our free breakfast very much---soft ,fluffy freshly baked pastries, hard boiled eggs, small dish of salmon, miso soup, rice, hot coffee etc.Naritasan, a beautiful temple with a huge garden is less than a km away and really worth a visit.

Stay here for 2 days (07/31 & 08/01) after making decision to extend our vacation. We were able to book our rooms on online at the last minute and the rooms were small but very clean and neat. The hotel is acessible from the airport on the Keisei Line and takes about 10 minutes. The hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from the train station. It has a laundromat to wash your clothes and also includes a free breakfast (either Japanese or Western continental breakfast which were very good). The hotel staff were very helpful with suggestions on where to go in Narita. Across the street from the train station is a bus terminal where you cant take the # 2 Pink Bus to the AEON shopping mall. There is a large selections of family own restaurants on the main street of Narita as you exit from train station. Narita was very nice change from the hustle and bustle of Toyko and I felt very relax after spending 2 days here. I would not hesitate to stay here again when the next I visit Japan.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights, the day we arrived in Japan and the day before we left Japan.
We had problem confirming our return flights with JAL, because we couldn't go through the number. It had never happened to us before. We explained a front clerk of our situation and asked for help. He searched on internet and information booklet, but couldn't seem to get a right number. He then called someone using his own cell phone for help. After a while we were told that someone was confirming our reservations using the number not publicly disclosed. We did nothing but waited for the return call. Our reservations were confirmed! What a relief!!
I'm the one who hardly send a comment to anyone. His excellent service however urged me to say
"Thank you so much!!!"

Stayed here on July 7, 2013. Got this spot after learning that I would be stranded at Narita. Quick ride on the Keisei line, and the hotel is a short walk from the train station. My room was clean and neat. I got the opportunity to wash my clothes (grateful!) and chill. Dinner was close, other side of the station. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the two gentlemen at the front desk, Tatsuhito Y, and Hirotumi I. They answered all questions and were very pleasant to talk with. Breakfast was fantastic. Tea, juice, rolls, eggs, soup, salmon, coffee, rice. I would stay here again!

We often stay one night in Narita-city before the early morning departure from Narita-airport so that we can avoid stressy time getting out of Tokyo early in the morning. This hotel is conveniently located right behind Narita Keisei line station, form which you can reach the airport in 8 minutes by train. We used this hotel already five times and we will do it again. The hotel is really nothing special but it has everything you would need just for one night. It is a clean hotel and the people are extremely kind. The very reasonable hotel price includes breakfast (you can have either Japanese or European continental breakfast as much as you like). why do we stay in Narita-city and not near the Narita Airport? Because Narita-city is a small temple town and this temple "Narita-san Shinshō-ji Temple", founded in 940, has actually been one of the most important Buddhist head quarters for many many years (long before the airport was built). The temple is not only beautiful but it also has a big Japanese garden, which is worth visiting. From the Narita station there are trains for the airport about every ten minutes. You will have to make sure at which terminal you should check in because there are Terminal 1 station and Terminal 2 stations, similar to Heathrow. Narita-town is just one stop from Terminal 2 on the Keisei line and it costs practically nothing.
Never take a taxi from the hotel because they take one officially recommended way, for security reason or whatever, which will cost you JPY 2'500.-!

Room Tip: there are some rooms with nice view looking over the forest and rice field.

Good hotel for quick business stay and you need a bed to sleep in. Friendly check in.
room small but cheap as so....cant expect much more. Free internet which is good.

Located fairly conveniently. Breakfast basic but enough to get you going.
