very good location if you are staying for one or two nights in Narita. very close to the airport and town. free Shuttle from/ to airport, mall, town is very handy. Staff are hit or miss. Some are very nice and kind. Some seems they have bad day.

This hotel is not as friendly as other hotels at which I have stayed in Narita. Also, Hilton will charge you for everything, and very high cost. Sauna, pool, internet are extremely high additional costs.

Extremely comfortable hotel, with a great Bar area and Restaurant. We used this location to rest for two days as we travelled southwest of Tokyo for 2 weeks. We were on our way to the Northern Japan and Hokkaido. I may sound like a very narrow minded traveller(I AM NOT), but my husband and I were very happy to be in this Hilton as it was 100 % American Style hotel. In fact I observed several individual or small group of obvious American guests who looked very happy and at home . They all looked relaxed. Bar served a perfect Martini and quiet and comfortable. We used the Restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. They were many choices and good and not overpriced. When we get homesick , we will return here !

We stay here at least a couple of times every two months for many years now. The hotel's service level is very, very consistent and it gets better year by year. From the easy and frequent shuttle service after arrival or before departure at Narita Airport to a very easy and extremely friendly check in to the always available elevators to the high floors, the spotless and spacious rooms, the extremely comfortable bed, just to mention a few things. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and provides Eastern and Western choices. The lobby is large and filled with light. Internet connection is good, fast and free. The shuttle to the AEON Mall runs frequently and always on time. If one needs takkyubin service, do it from the hotel, it's cheaper than to use the service from the airport. There are only good things to say about this property, We were here twice for two nights each this month and will be back next month and looking forward to it.

May just be the worst place we've stayed in 20 yrs. Stayed one night due to early am flight. Room looks like something from the 1970's. Dated, dirty bathroom, smelled musty and smokey on a non-smoking floor. Complained and were sent to an equally terrible room. Breakfast buffet is ok. There have to be better options at Narita airport.

I've stayed in a few Hilton hotels around the world and this will have to be far the cleanest. Stayed 7 nights in a standard room which was a little small though comfortable. The staff were always smiling and very accommodating to our requests. We spent a few afternoons in the piano bar smoking cigars and drinking from an impressive beverage menu. There's is great selection of local restaurants just minutes walk from the hotel. My only real complaint was the terrible wifi speed and converge within the room even when paying the daily premium for access.

Hilton is not bad. However, it needs some more "characters" to make the customers excited about staying there. Most cutomers are probably "stay and go" overnight. The meal offerings are not flexible as mainly are set meals or buffets.
