Food was great, room quality is good, had a very peaceful sleep. stayed in a superior room, room service was good, I didn't have a long stay, just one night but it was a good rest for me after long flight and regenerate myself for the next. Had coffee late in the night at coffee lounge. the Coffee was very good. Sushi bar experience well as good as I expected at the Sushi restaurant.

Room Tip: I'm not e very good.sure about the other type of rooms, superior rooms are really good.

I stayed one night at this hotel before an early morning flight. I chose Hotel Nikko Narita because I was able to get a great price on the room.
Location: A ten-minute bus ride to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle service that runs roughly every 20minutes to both Terminal 1 & 2.
The room: I stayed in a single room, and wasn’t surprised to find that it was very small. There was hardly room for bags, though luckily I didn’t have to unpack. The bed took up most of the room, but was comfortable to sleep in. The room also featured a desk and television. The bathroom was a standard size and had everything one needs.
The hotel: is very large and feels impersonal. There is a Lawson convenience store that is open 24/7, which is a handy addition.
Food: I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel before I left. They had a great range of fresh items. I also had a late night meal and drink in the cocktail bar ’Sunset Lounge’ which was great option.
This hotel is perfectly pleasant and is a solid choice for an easy stop-over/rest hotel with access to the airport.

Rather diappointed with the Nikko hotel. I had preferred it to other hotels in the neighbourhood because it has a pool and after a flight or long trainride I like to go for a swim to relax. Unfortunately the pool seemed to close at 5:00 p.m. The rooms were small and without any wardrobe. I hurt my toes because of a small level difference when you enter the bathroom. The room, as the whole hotel, was very noisy, mainly because they happened to be housing a summer camp group of young teenagers enjoying elevators and all open hotel spaces. Avoid the buffet, the food was really disappointing, also the breakfast buffet. The very good service though, as well as the quality of the bed, the other dining options and the good shuttle to and from the airport makes it deserve the third star. Probably there are cheaper hotels near the airport that are better though.

Stayed here for one evening. Had a free upgrade to a superior room which was really nice and spacious. The room was extremely clean and very well designed. The bathroom was really quite large and again very clean.

Free WIFI of course.

The restaurant I ate in had very good Sushi and Sashimi.

The check in / out operation ran like clockwork and was very speedy.

The main bar upstairs had a wide selection of food and drinks at a reasonable price.

The buffet breakfast service was excellent with a huge selection of food both oriental and Western.

The only reason to stay in a hotel at Narita is plane connections. If you have a choice, don't choose this one.

Tiny room, uncomfortable bed, minimal service, AWFUL food. And you are trapped.

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Nikko brand.

I flew in from Los Angles and needless to say I was exhausted and disoriented. The bus schedule to the hotel was timely and comfortable and the check in process was a breeze. There is minimal English spoken, but that's to be expected in Japan.

Breakfast was overpriced $20 USD and there were few options for my American pallet, they cater to a Japanese clientele, which is fine, but just wanted to warn others. I would have been happier at the coffee shop with a latte and croissant for $5.

I was majorly jet-lagged and was happy to find a 24 Hour Lawson convenience store located in the hotel lobby. This was perfect when I wanted a drink and snack when I woke up at 2:00am.

Wi-fi was speedy and easy to connect to from just about anywhere in the hotel (wifi at the restaurant wasn't working) and best of all it was free.

This hotel was easy to find by road and convenient for the airport.The rooms were big and the bathroom even bigger.The free shuttle bus to the airport was on time and frequent.Staff were helpful and friendly.We arrived late but there was a shop on site as well as a souvenir shop for last minute gifts. Final plus point is the excellent free wi-fi in room.
