“Excellent for layover”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 July 2014

Most convenient hotel for layover in Narita.
It is outmost comfortable to avoid the 4 hours return trip to Tokyo City between two flights should you stay for a stopover at this airport. Shuttle bus runs smoothly to/from the two terminals.
Breakfast was ok if not memorable.
The room size was bigger than usual for Japan and Wifi was working fine,

This does not pretend to be a luxury hotel but delivers honestly what it is. A day rest stopover
Hotel 5 minutes from Narita. At $70 a bargain. The shuttle bus was easy to locate
The hotel was basic but air conditioned, clean and comfortable. Mainly Japanese speaking
But enough English to get by. The decor is dated but the coffee good. We had 8 hours
here between London and Sydney.

Room Tip: Our 4th floor room was quiet and had English signs room 402 if it helps

... keep the Airport Rest House in mind. It's so close -- just a 3-minute walk from Terminal One. Go out the door on the Baggage Claim level, turn left, and follow the sidewalk. As you clear the terminal bldg., you'll see the blue neon sign atop the hotel about 150 yards away, at about your 10:00. Then up the steps, follow the path, and you're there. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, safe, close, and quiet, and only about US $110 (who wants to spend $250 for an unplanned overnight, anyway?). And if you're desperate, as I was, 3 stars is like 4. Also, I got a 5 pm check-out (rather than the usual 11:00 am) for about another $40. (I could have done 3:00 pm for about $20-25, but I needed the sleep.) This is my go-to hotel now if I'm ever bumped in NRT.

Not so much expensive if you booking from their website or agency. But i walked in then they charged double.Anyway the hotel is near Narita terminal 1.There are family mart machine on the 1st floor. Don't worried about food or you can shopping at the airport all the time by use free shuttle bus.

So close, Hotel can be seen from Terminal 1, 3 minutes by free hotel shuttle departing from right outside Arrivals exit, and which runs every 20 minutes most of the day. Good set-up. Actually walkable if without luggage. Hotel although at least a generation old, Rest House has been more or less maintained. Rooms larger than you'd expect for this price in Japan airport hotel, single bed comfortable except for pillow, two chairs and table, bathroom small, kind of modular constructed. Double-paned windows blocked ALL outside noise in this room with tarmac view, a little sealed in feel, but AC ok. Internet problem free, TV no English channels. No smoking room really was. Large vending machine menu didn't sample. Would repeat at this one if another sleep-only stopover; for 20+ hour layover though would prefer something with gym, restaurant infrastructure,

Room Tip: No smoking room had no smoke smell.

Very close to Airport, no aircraft noise.

Could do with an update but good value for Tokyo.

Able to accommodate our family group of three in one room.

Just used this hotel for a two night stop over so great location and well connected to transport systems.
