Hotel is very modern and the kids love the bright colours and decor. Close to theme parks and bus and train system is great. 45 minutes by transport to Tokyo centre in overcrowded trains.

Expensive food places but hotel price is more then reasonable. Great size room for Japanese standards.

Gym and indoor pool are just okay but the outdoor pool looks great. In saying that the hotel needs an uppercut. In 37 degree heat they didn't open the pool as Summer had not been declared and wanted to charge even though we were a hotel guest. Joke!!

Breakfast was just okay. Poor selection and not much in the way of variety!!

Overall good but could've been better.

Stayed here for one night, wished that my stay was longer! I had a room overlooking the Tokyo Bay, large size room with a small bathroom. Very clean, but had a hard time understanding how to use some appliances in the room since everything was in Japanese. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, since I arrived late at the hotel. I grabbed a bite to eat at the restaurant as well and the food was fresh and tasty. Great family hotel and location, right next to Disney World! Hotel was about 50 minutes from the Narita Airport by shuttle.

With little to know Japanese language skills, at first the idea of going to Japan could not have been more intimidating. However, upon our nearly 11PM arrival at the fantastic Hilton Tokyo Bay, nearly all of our fears disappeared. What a gorgeous hotel!

The staff, from the bellhops (generally all young females) to the bakery employees to the concierges could not have been more genuinely welcoming and excited to help us out during our stay. From getting tickets to museums to getting directions out of the city, every random question we had was answered intelligently, helpfully and very clearly by the wonderful staff. It was such a lovely feeling to be greeted every time you were in the hotel's public areas. It really made the trip all the more special.

We stayed in a Bay view Celebrio king room on the 9th floor, which couldn't have been a more beautiful place to wake up in every day. Our windows opened up to the vast Tokyo Bay and boasted daily views of the iconic Mount Fuji. Our room was enormous, even by American standards, and featured a very groovy, Space Mountain like design, free wi-fi, a fridge that was restocked daily with complimentary water, coffees, teas and sodas, great mood lighting in both the main room and the bathroom, as well as a high-tech toilet, which is a must-experience for anyone visiting Japan for the first time. The room also featured all the toiletries one would need, (and if not, you could buy what you needed in the 24-hour shop in the lobby) as well as extra pillows, blankets, pajamas, slippers and ironing boards. The room and entire hotel, which is nearly 25 years old, looks brand-new thanks to very high standards of cleanliness. Not a single wrinkle on the bed or stray hair in the bathroom. It was very impressive.

The hotel has a nice selection of shops in the lobby and a few counter-service eateries for folks like us who didn't get breakfast packages (though we still could have went if we wanted to!). We ate breakfast at the nice little bakery every morning. Another great perk was the Tokyo Disney ticket booth right in the lobby, (cash only) that was very convenient and saved us a lot of time on our first day going to the parks.

The location, particularly if you're here to visit the Disney parks, is perfect. The monorail station is not even 5 minutes away (and there is even a bus to take you from the hotel doors to the station if need be). You can see the icons of both Disneyland and DisneySea from outside the hotel or from a park view room. It's quite nice. The hotel also offers a constantly-running free bus service to Maihama Station, which connects you to the JR line directly and allows you to transfer to various other locations in the country. While we couldn't have been happier with the hotel and it wasn't a hassle taking public transportation, it would've been nicer to stay closer to the city during the days we were not visiting the Disney parks.

All in all though, this was a 5-star hotel experience without a 5-star price. Everything about it was a pure-joy, lacked conflict and was highly satisfying. We will absolutely be back to visit sometime soon!

The hotel was better than expected. We arrived late, excellent service, fantastic suite, we went for the ‘Happy Magic Suite’ even though we were 2 adults and it was fantastic. We had a reasonable view of the park, best to see at night though. The room was magical, with talking mirrors, enchanted windows etc. The room was decorated in an enchanted forest and so were the corridors. The hotel included a buffet breakfast which was fantastic. You could buy Disney tickets in the hotel and there was a Disney shop. There were other shops that sold food, snacks, gifts and much more. I would definitely stay there again. It was expensive but well worth it. It was a 5 minute train shuttle to Disney and they were regular day and night.

God things first: Delightful bright and clear ‘Celebrio’-Suite, high bedding comfort and a spectacular skyline view from cozy loungers. The ca. 70m² Suite comes with nice and modern living and sleeping room, but unappealing and relatively small bathrooms with plastic walls better known from old Ibis Hotels. Beside goodies as wireless surrond sound, Nespresso machine, huge Plasma TVs including 3D-glasses and Playstation or the obligatory pyjama, this lodging was also equipped with a Plasmacluster Ion Air Purifier, practically convenient as tumble dryer. Colorful roomlight concept, unfortunately without dimmer and just a simple masterswitch, unfunctional for individual needs. Front desk including concierge anxious, but occasionally inable to answer simple requests, and as some other guest services faraway from the high standards known from wonderful Shinjuku Hilton e.g. Access to public transport is a little bit time-consuming: To the next gateway, Maihama Station, walk firstly some steps to bayside Monorail and board the Mickey-Mouse-Train full of enthusiastic Resort Visitors and pay for single ride ¥250 on top just to reach Maihama Station (Keiyō Line, Musashino Line). Of course not for the train, certainly Hilton is responsible for heavy admision fees for Pool or Gym for ordinary guests. Principally inacceptable, HH have free access – provided you bring beside your status indoor shoes. If not, you’ll running outside even as gold or diamond member... By the way a great option at Tokyo Bay, where you –atypical for that great City– can’t do much more than sprint away if you’re not Daisy or Donald’s deepest devotee.

Room Tip: high floor Celebrio-Suite
