This hotel is just perfect for family vacations. They offer rooms that has 3-4 beds. No frills...just the basic things you need for a vacation to Disneyland/Disneysea Tokyo. Love the helpfulness of the staff specially the Duty Manager Mr. Hase. He was just very helpful and reassuring.

The hotel was really close to the monorail station and they had plenty of staff in the lobby to assist us with check in but the floor we were on and the standard room we were in were nothing special and not worth the price of the room, you are only paying for the proximity to Disneyland and the name HIlton. The decor was outdated with a horrible yellow/off white colour on the walls and the twin room had two single beds instead of doubles even there was plenty of room for doubles. I would've been happy enough with this room had I paid less than half of what I paid. On our first and second nights after returning from the park our room smelt horribly of cigarettes (on a non smoking floor) the staff could only say that the cleaners must've smoked on their break then cleaned our room, but it would not linger that badly until late at night. They did however upgrade our room and move us to another floor. This one was the exact same layout of the first room but with a fresher coat of white paint, a more colourful coloured carpet. and a different chair. To be paying even more for this room would really have not been worth it. Although the staff were nice and the park is very very close the rooms are just not worth the large price tag.

Was surprised to find that the Hilton is the cheapest of all the Disney Official hotels. Booked a Happy Magic Room for 4. The hotel does not offer free WiFi in the room. Rate we booked does not include breakfast as well but there is a convenience store and a food specialty store on level 1 to buy food from.

Room was magical with the decor and the unblocked ocean view was awesome.

Hotel provides shuttle to Maihama station and the Bayside station. You can purchase day passes for the Disney Resort line for unlimited access for the monorail.

A convenient hotel to stay when you visit the Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea.

It all started once we got off the "Disney" train and hopped on the "Mickey Mouse" bus to the hotel. The trip only lasted about 1 minute! The staff at reception seemed to bend over backwards for us but we soon found that this is how all guests are treated - the service, the smile, the friendliness of ALL staff was outstanding.

Our rooms had views out over Tokyo Bay towards the city centre so were spectacular. The decor was novel, everything was clean and comfortable.

We booked the rooms with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and catered for all tastes. You have to make sure you try some of the unusual, for Kiwis anyway, Japanese foods. Some are a bit strange but some are wonderful - all part of the Japanese experience. There is a small supermarket and a few specialty shops in the hotel so coffee, snacks, etc are easy. Prices are surprisingly reasonable too.

Very easy to get from here to Disneyland and DisneySea. Buy a train pass for the length of time you are staying and then you can come and go as you please.

Room Tip: Ask the staff if you have any questions - email works well

I looked at staying at the Hotel Miracosta at Disneydsea but it was (i) incredibly expensive and (ii) fully booked several months in advance. This was a good alternative choice. A monorail connects the main Maihama station with Disneyland, DisneySea and Bayside area where the Hilton and other non-Disney hotels are located. If staying for a few days then I recommend buying a multi-day pass for the monorail. The hotel offers a regular bus service between Bayside monorail station & the hotel but we saw no need to use it - after the miles you walk in a day at the parks, the short walk across the road is nothing! We stayed in a Celebrio room. This is quite a brave design choice for a large chain and offers a boutique hotel style quirkiness that is quite unexpected (and fun)! Check-in was excellent, with a member of staff showing us to our room and explaining the room. Express check-out worked well. Buffet style breakfast was fine. Only negative - the free Wifi is so slow that it is unusable. Would definitely stay here again.

From Narita we caught a bus that dropped us at the entrance to Hilton Tokyo Bay. The one and only negative for us was the chaos at the front desk with many groups checking-in or checking-out. The din was annoying but survivable. But we forgot all about that when we entered our room and had a panoramic view of Tokyo Bay. The room was spacious and comfortable providing work space and relaxation space. Our west facing window had protection to filter out the afternoon sun.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety. It was well organized and didn't take long to get seated even though there was a crowd.

In the lobby there is a coffee shop, ticket booth, bakery, mini-mart, souvenir shop, and two restaurants. There is a well equipped fitness center which includes swimming pool. You can get a great massage at the nearby spa.

A bus is provided at no cost to take you to the nearby train station and mall. Hilton Tokyo Bay is beside Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Disney Sea. You can get tickets in the lobby and walk to the tram station in 5 minutes to catch a ride to either venue.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The location, facilities, services and amenities was just to our liking.

Room Tip: Choose a west facing room for a nice view of the bay.
