We had had a long Japan trip with multiple hotels and after lots of researching I decided that for our final hotel and destination (Disney) I would book a Hilton as I would know what to expect. A little comfort and beign spoilt at the end of a long trip and guaranteed Hilton standards. Or so I thought. We arrived and check in - the staff were really nice and helpful, genuinely couldn't do enough for you, the food was excellent, shopping - excellent, restaurants - excellent.
Then there's the room. First we stepped out of the lift on the sixth floor and it smelt of stale smoke, even though apparently it was a no smoking floor. The room smelt the same and it had obviously been smoked in at some point as there was yellow smoke staining around the celining and in the bathroom. The carpets in the hallways were stained, the room was dated, the shower curtain was dirty, walls in the bathroom were dirty, the bathroom wasnt cleaned properly during our stay and we really were disappointed.
We were going to spend the first evening relaxing in hotel and then go to Disney the following day but the room was that dismal that we actually bought a ticket for 6pm onwards and went to Disney that first evening too.
There was no internet, you had to pay Yen1500 for 24 hours.
Now I know that if you stay in the more expensive rooms you may get complimentary internet and nicer rooms, and I appreciate that some reviews on here for the Celebro (or similar) rooms are good, and those rooms might be good, but our standard twin room certainly was not.
The buffet style breakfast however was amazing, incredible choice and variety to suit all tastes.
I wouldnt stay in this room again, and probably wouldnt visit this hitel again in case the rooms were similar. I would try a different Disney resort hotel as the closeness to Disney is great.

There are many good facility to make you convenient as 24 Hrs. store , Shuttle bus to JR Maihama and Bayside station of Disney Resort line, Disney ticket counter and Airport Limousine Bus. The room are bigger than standard room in Tokyo whick make you feel more comfortable.

I recently spent five nights at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in a King Celebrio Park room. Perfectly positioned across the road from a Disney Monorail stop, this Hotel provided everything we needed for a great stay near the two Disney parks.

I booked the room early online and managed to get a discounted early bird rate. The room was very modern and the bed was so comfortable I wished I could have taken it home. I ordered two extra down pillows when booking and they were waiting in the room on arrival. The Celebrio rooms offer free drinks in the mini bar each day, which is a great added bonus, and also free wifi. Unfortunately the wifi ran a bit slowly at times but that was ok, we weren't there to work or surf the net!

Check in was smooth and we were served by the loveliest man who made sure we had everything we needed and spoke excellent English. He assisted us in getting our bags which had been forwarded to the hotel via the Japan Post baggage forwarding service from Kyoto, and another lovely staff member took us and our baggage to our room.

As we had had a full day of sightseeing and travelling from Hiroshima, we chose to eat in the hotel on our first night. We ate a lovely meal at 'The Square' and enjoyed a couple of drinks from the bar as well. We also ate buffet breakfasts daily in the same restaurant. The quality of the food for dinner was excellent and breakfasts were very good. Restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating also.

Access to the Disney Parks and the Ikspiari Shopping area was simple from the hotel via the Disney Monorail. We purchased a multi day monorail pass, and the monorails ran approximately every six minutes so there was never much of a wait. An adorable Disney themed bus was available to transport people from the Hotel to the monorail station, but it was so close walking took about the same time so we mostly chose to walk. Ikspiari was a bit disappointing and wasn't worth more than an hour or so to look around. The Disney Parks were both amazing, though very busy. Luckily we had done our research prior to arrival and had planned the best way to get around and onto every ride. We spent four days visiting the two parks and purchased tickets online before we arrived due to the fact the ticket prices were set to rise before our visit. Unless you are travelling in peak time, there is no need to pre purchase tickets, the Hilton Tokyo Bay had a window where this could be done. On busy dates however numbers are capped so pre purchasing tickets for specific dates ensures you entry.

The Hilton Tokyo Bay also had a well stocked convenience store which offered great prices, and a Disney merchandise store just in case you missed out on a must-have Disney item in the Parks.

Getting to the Hilton Tokyo Bay from Tokyo station was simple and this would also be a good place to base yourself for a longer stay if you wanted to visit the Parks and Tokyo. The ease of getting around in Tokyo Bay was simple due to the fact so many staff spoke English very well, and all signage was also in (well translated) English.

Would I go back? In a heartbeat, yes.

This hotel is just perfect for family vacations. They offer rooms that has 3-4 beds. No frills...just the basic things you need for a vacation to Disneyland/Disneysea Tokyo. Love the helpfulness of the staff specially the Duty Manager Mr. Hase. He was just very helpful and reassuring.

The hotel was really close to the monorail station and they had plenty of staff in the lobby to assist us with check in but the floor we were on and the standard room we were in were nothing special and not worth the price of the room, you are only paying for the proximity to Disneyland and the name HIlton. The decor was outdated with a horrible yellow/off white colour on the walls and the twin room had two single beds instead of doubles even there was plenty of room for doubles. I would've been happy enough with this room had I paid less than half of what I paid. On our first and second nights after returning from the park our room smelt horribly of cigarettes (on a non smoking floor) the staff could only say that the cleaners must've smoked on their break then cleaned our room, but it would not linger that badly until late at night. They did however upgrade our room and move us to another floor. This one was the exact same layout of the first room but with a fresher coat of white paint, a more colourful coloured carpet. and a different chair. To be paying even more for this room would really have not been worth it. Although the staff were nice and the park is very very close the rooms are just not worth the large price tag.
