The place was nice. I heard there was a hot spring there but didn't had the chance to try it out. The restaurant's buffet was good.
The staff are friendly and overall quality is nice.
The place may not be a good fit for families with children as you can enjoy adult entertainment on TV (although you have to buy a ticket from a vending machine there).

We only stayed one night here but I would be willing to return as I simply loved their onsen facilities. It has indoor and outdoor bathtubs and is simply gorgeous! The room we had for ourselves and our daughter was good with enough space and comfortable beds. It had a small balcony which looked out over the golf course. The staff were helpful although not many could speak good English. The restaurant facilities were very expensive so we ate at a local restaurant which was very good. The area of Hakone is beautiful, although we had cloudy weather so we couldn't actually see Mount Fuji. I would love to return on a sunny day, and I would choose to stay here.

really love this hotel, and definitely will come back...i went on feb 2016 so there are
still snow there, this is my first experience to meet snows...the room really neat and cozy, the most i love are the scenery around the hotel, the mountain and the snow around the hotel...feel like far from buzzling city and peace...my regrets is i didnt try the onsen cuz already tired for one day trip and had to go in the morning.

Room tip: the room that view to the mountain and golf field.

Very quiet, wonderful landscapes and fiendly service.
Comfortable rooms with all the ammenities, while a bit small. Enough for a couple of days stay. Dinner is western and japanese combined with an open buffet. Breakfast is frugal but enough.
