First time to visit this hotel, but I like it very much thanks to a quiet, peaceful place and gorgeous hot spring. The hot spring water is a caring temperature with soothing touching. I could stay at an outside hot spring, enjoying a mountain view. The hot spring has a power to reduce everyday's stress and make you relax. A Viking style of buffet is excellent with so many kinds of dishes. Roasted beef tastes wonderful. A variety of wine can be added more. A couple enjoys a romantic atmosphere, but family visitors with babies are also staying.

A request to the hotel. In the hot spring two foreigners were bathing with trunks. Some visitors stepped in the clothing off floor with slippers. Etiquette and manners of visitors are encouraged to improve. Hotel staff members are requested to monitor the guests' activities.

This hotel is in a lovely location, right beside a country club. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Full marks. Just be aware that the hotel restaurant is quite expensive but there are plenty of options nearby!

Room tip: Facing the golf course is very nice!

The main problem with the room was the steps down into it and the step into the bathroom. I also didn't like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom. However, the fittings were good quality and the lobby was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of dishes.

The grounds are beautiful, and brilliant if you're a golfer. Our room was very nice, with a mountain view, decent amount of space, and good layout. They offer and indoor and outdoor onsen (particularly beautiful) with great facilities for pre and post onsen use. If you don't have the meal package included be aware that the dinner buffet is approx 6,000 yen. The buffet is lovely, but unless you are a big eater it's fairly expensive. Breakfast is 2,500 pp with a brilliant selection. This property is 1 hour bus ride from Odiwara. The bus drops you off approx 15mins walk up hill from the resort and there isn't anything close by so best to have a car. The hotel do offer a complimentary shuttle service twice a day I think, back to the train station, and also to local attractions.

Nice and sweet hotel! In Hakone Japan! Onsen is nice! Breakfast buffet has a small selection! Traditional Japanese food, with a western atmosphere! Beautiful Country Club golf course nearby! Close to great shopping if driving! But a bit pricey!
