We had trouble following the sign to this teppenyaki restaurant but then received excellent directions from the lady at the information office at Gora Station. It was well worth the walk up a very steep hill towards Gora Park. We arrived without a reservation at 2:10 pm and were warned that the restaurant shuts at 3:00 pm. The service was efficient but not rushed and the set lunch menus were both well-presented and delicious. We tried the seafood menu (sea bass and scallops) and the Kobe beef set menu. It was interesting to watch the teppenyaki chef cook the dishes with care and precision. Although on the expensive side, I highly recommend Itoh Dining.
