I could repeat all that was said before in other entries but can say our 3 day stay was enhanced by our time at this property. Glad we stayed here. Staff is great, room was nice overlooking the Ferris wheel. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well as things to see.

Room Tip: Overlooking the bay-Ferris Wheel is a nice touch

I spent 5 days in the hotel and loved every minute. The view of the port and ships passing by was especially beautiful by night. Food was excellent. Staff very warm and helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a lot of light. Wi-fi access was very fast. Room service also fast and te ground-floor Japanese restaurant is a must for sushi and sushimi. A bit pricey but the quality of food justifies it. I ate Japanese every day and did not have one poorly made meal.
I recommend visiting the Yokohama Sankeien Garden which is about 20 minute by taxi. It reminds of the Kyoto gardens, very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, big and the view was fantastic. Our room was facing the Ferris wheels and Cosmo world. location wise was great. Close to shopping mall Queens square, and on our arrival the new mall Mark Is just opened. It's also walkable to red brick warehouse, cup noodles museum and world porters.

The breakfast spread was huge, with both Japanese and western fare. On weekend, we can choose to eat at the Japanese restaurant for typical Japanese breakfast.
We also use the hotel dry cleaning services and found them to be good as well.

The hotel's concierge are always helpful and if you have any faulty items in the room, they will change it immediately.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for long term stay or when visiting yokohama.

Room Tip: Room facing Cosmo world or Ferris wheels are really nice.

Although we didn't get the room we had asked for (twin queens) we got a beautiful, round king room overlooking the amusement park, so quiet and beautiful. And we happen to love Queen's Square - my daughter had spent the summer last year at the IUC in Pacifico so we'd been in and out of it a million times -- incredibly convenient for Yokohama - which is actually an incredibly convenient and well organized city to begin with. We were very early, and my daughter was ill, but they quickly got a room ready for us, offered to help with anything she needed. The room was sun personified. So cheerful, and thankfully, since she was confined to bed!

Room Tip: The hotel is not where you should be eating in Yokohama - it's expensive and designed for tourists who can't get around. But in Queen's Square there are a million places, or hop on a train or the boat and head over to the station -- or chinatown! You can pick up anything you need for breakfast from Pompadour and either bring to your room or just sit there and eat. Don't be afraid to explore! Also, the hotel is very close to Yokohama's amazing onsen which is open all night!

This hotel is attached to the Queen's Square shopping centre and the Landmark Plaza. It is also connected by an elevated walkway to the Pacifico convention centre. Just across a bridge are the Yokohama World Porters shopping centre, the Red Brick Warehouses and the Cup Noodles Museum, as well as a small amusement park.
The hotel rooms are of a fairly good size, as are the bathrooms. My room smelt faintly of cigarette smoke, but because they were fully booked nothing could be done about it. The room has a kettle and tea making facilities, but absolutely no coffee!
Breakfast is adequate, though I wish there had been more choice of types of bread and jam. The staff are very polite and helpful, though they sometimes struggle with English.
Because the hotel connects to shopping centres, there is a wide choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner within walking distance. Traffic in the areas near the hotel is very light, so walking about is quite easy.
