good view of the harbor, especially night view.good location to walk to the nearby Snoopy museum. But rather poor room facilities for a 5 star hotel:no free coffee bag,no free bottle water,1 bottle of bathing gel for a double room!

My husband and I stayed there for 6 nights, we are still missing the confortable bed and the great pillows ( not the ones that come by default, but the ones you can choose, for free of course, from the hallway cabinets). The rooms was good size (this is Japan, ok) and super clean. In fact the whole hotel is amazingly clean due to the full 5 hours dedicated by a 'troup' of people every day to clean every corner ( that is why you have to leave the room and the hotel between 10 and 15 hrs). The location is perfect! Close to 2 subway lines and chinatown is just a block distance. The breakfast have things for all tastes. Perhaps some things are a little different for westernish people, but we enjoyed every type of meal. If you are picky, you can always have an assortment of the delicious breads, coffee, salad, boiled eggs, and yogurth. For those who are environmentally concern, you have the option of not having your room cleaned every day. The staff will give you new towels though. If we ever go back to Yokohama, we are staying there again.

Room Tip: If you want extra space to put your stuff, choose the room with queen bed plus 1 bed on the top. Ou...

This is the hotel in Tokyo with the most breathtaking view from your room. Regarding the rooms they are vey clean, quiet and spacious. There are 2 top roof restaurants where you can enjoy the view on Tokyo City. There is a shopping mall on the basement of the hotel where you can find various supermarkets and also a starbucks coffee and mcdonalds if you are not very keen on asian cuisine. The city of Yokohama is located only 45 minutes away from the Shibuya district ok Tokyo by metro. Yokohama have the funny Noodles Museum where you can practice how to make them. Great location if you fancy a tour to the Great Buddha of Kamakura City and temples around. In Kamakura there is also a surf spot for locals, very interesting !

This hotel provides a great guest service and location either for leisure or business. the building is known to be the safest building in Tokyo in case of earthquake.

Room Tip: all rooms got an excellent view on the City of Tokyo

Great view of the bay from our hotel room on the 59th floor. The room was very spacious with very comfortable beds. Luxurious bathroom for Japan with lots of amenities. We had room service one night and it was superb - beautifully presented, delicious food with plenty of little extras that we hadn't counted on (eg: miso soup and salad). It was also reasonably priced.

The hallways and public areas are generous, adding to the sense of luxury.

We only ate breakfast in the Sky Lounge once, it was fine, but the hotel's surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants and if you're not into big breakies, this is the way to go.

Staff are courteous and extremely willing to assist.

Room Tip: bayside room

A great (and expensive) hotel. The views are impressive from all rooms. Rooms are big (very big compared with Japanese standard) and very clean. The staff is very friendly and polite, and always trying to serve the customer, although speaking in English can be a problem sometimes. Having breakfast in the top floor is simply amazing. The hotel is very close to restaurants, shops and metro stations. Reaching Tokio center will need about 45 minutes. I really recommend it.

Room Tip: All rooms are amazing.

I arrived directly to this hotel after a long transcontinental flight with the family and it helped overcoming the jet-lag through confortable rooms, all-around services and ... amazing views. The highest hotel in Japan (rooms are located from the 50th floor upwars). If you have to be in Yokohama for whatever reason, this is surely a good place to be. Choose rooms with waterfront view. Breakfast and dinner are on the top floor (70!) a bit expensive, but very good quality and choice (Western, Japanese and Asian).

Room Tip: Choose rooms with port view.

We stayed in the Yokohama Royal Park for 4 nights on a family trip, and we were mesmerized by the hotel.

First the view: We were lucky enough to have been given a room with view over the bay, and boy, what a view it was! It doesn't get any more spectacular than that!
We loved the round extra window in the bathroom. That gave it an even more special touch.

The room itself was very spacious, with large windows. The bathroom was bigger than I have ever encountered anywhere in Japan. We had a bathtub as well as a gigantic shower, and also two wash basins.

The service was great, and personnel did everything in their power to meet our needs.

The location is perfect for shopping, as well as for sightseeing. Metro stations are within easy walking distance, and on the first few floors of the building one finds a huge shopping mall with a large choice of restaurants.

Although the hotel doesn't have its own car park, parking your car is very easy in the public underground parking of the Landmark Tower, with direct access to the hotel.

And all that we got for a price that we weren't able to find in any other hotel in a similar class and comparable location!

I find it difficult to fault anything about this hotel, I must admit. If there is one thing to mention, though, then it's an experience we made with our breakfast.
On the first morning we were seated in what turned out to be an additional breakfast room, which is only opened when the main room is full. There we found an espresso/cappuccino machine for easy use by the guests, where we could get as much fresh Italian coffee as we wanted.
The next morning, however, the additional room was closed due to fewer guests, and so we were seated in the main breakfast room, where we had to order Italian coffee from the waiters - at an additional charge.
The three cappuccinos we ordered took about 20 minutes to arrive, and then one of them turned out to be nothing but cold froth... . So there was an additional wait for the proper coffee. While the staff profusely apologised for this mishap, we didn't feel too happy to have to pay for it, given the long wait, the mistake and the fact that the previous morning it had been included.

There is one additional thing we liked, and which is great value for the money: In each room there is a booklet with vouchers, to be used in a large number of shops and restaurants downstairs, with a discount of 10-15%.
What we felt was a bit disappointing, however, was the fact that the booklet is only available in Japanese. Since my Japanese wife was with us, this wasn't an issue for us. But we encountered a large number of foreign guests, who would not be able to read Japanese and would therefore not even become aware of the great value they could get with those vouchers. We think that this is somewhat unfair towards foreign guests.

Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and will certainly return in the future!
