“Speciality in noodles, tasty tempura”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2014

Small family restaurant with above average food. Strategic located near the temple area of Nikko, and on your way to visit Ganman-ga-fuchi Abyss or Tamazawa Imperial Villa in the afternoon.
We ordered ramen with yuba, very good, and soba with tempura, the tempura was one of the best I have tried. You could tell that the quality of the vegetables was very high. The price was reasonable.
I would highly recommended this place. Only complain, as it happens often in Japan, smoking is allowed.

“Family restaurant, tasty food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 March 2013

If starting from the monumental area of Nikko you descend into the valley, to take the path of so-called "Ganman-ga-fuchi Abyss" (actually a quiet walk along the river), it may happen that you will encounter in this restaurant, as it happened to us . It looks small, but as often happens in Japan, it hides exquisite cuisine. Try the ramen with slices of pork. Also excellent value for money.
