“Something different.”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

This was an odd one. The 'museum' was basically an underground storage space cut out of stone, and a room of facts and old tools upstairs.

To get there you have to take a bus pretty far out into the countryside where nothing really is. except of course, this 'museum'.

Basically it's just a very large open space, underground. There's nothing really down there, except lights to the path you take. There was some pictures though of some live music events that had been held down there which I'm sure would have been a great experience, but on it's own is a bit of nothingness.

I had a good time down there because of the company I was with but when looking back, it really is just a big empty space.

If you do go, remember to bring something warm as temperatures drop down there.

“impressive halls”
Reviewed 30 January 2014

Quite actually there is not a lot to see except for huge empty halls but they are well worth a trip there. The atmosphere is great with the space, the lights and the fog. My friends almost couldn't stop me taking pictures - but be prepared: very dark (photographers) and very cold (everybody). Don't forget to go to the tempels near by... Those two things far from tourist main stream were one of my Japan highlights!
