Went to Osaka recently with my sister for holiday. We managed to shop at Rinku on the 1st day since we arrived early in the morning. Maybe bcoz of Mother's day celebration, lots of branded things sell at discounted prices such as Coach up to 60%+30%+10% (at least 2 items or more) plus exempted from paying 8% tax. That's the best discount we got. Other than that, MK - 40%, Lesportsac - 50% and Adidas - 50%. Afraid to shop till drop coz there still lots of days to survive. But at the end we regret not spending much there coz when we go to other places around Osaka the prices very expensive and not much/no discount at all. Really missed to go to Rinku back and shopping.

Worth a visit if you want to do some brand shopping in Osaka. Just 100 yen shuttle from the airport, quite close to the railway as well. Good prices during the sale, otherwise the same as in the town.

Rinku premium outlet is a good spot to find all your branded stuff if you know their prices. Worth it when there's a sale. Otherwise it can be pricey.
Also know that some brands produce lines special to 'factory outlets only' that are different from their regular merchandise found in downtown boutiques.
Layout is good & provide some relief from the cold wind that blows in from the sea. Food court is convenient for a break after hours of shopping.

I was really surprised by the layout of Rinku Premium outlets. The place itself was very well decorated, easy to get around and has a wide variety of clothing brands that range from sports brands, to casual brands and the higher-ranged premium brands.

My family had a great time shopping, eating and relaxing here. With numerous shopping brands, a big food court packed with delicious Japanese and western delicacies, and a pleasant atmosphere (thanks to the cool weather), we certainly had an enjoyable day.

Traveling here was a bit of a hassle because I took the JR route (had to change trains twice and lookout for the correct trains), but nonetheless the enjoyable time we spent in the Rinku outlets made it worthwhile.

Great place to shop if you love the premium brands or even just the regular ones. Fairly large with lots of food options too. Go during the week to avoid the crowds. Also if your coming from kansai airport get the bus for ¥100. Good place to look around, spend a fortune or just burn up long waits between flights.
