Every room here has fantastic Seaview. My package included the signature dinner and breakfast. Food is ok, but most waitresses here cannot speak English. Once I need the translation from Conceirge Counter to communicate with the Japanese waitress during dinner.

The room is tidy and neat , but a bit old which the room rate here is high.

You can use the hot spring before 11:00 pm which is reasonable. But we were charged for 2 extra towels used when we checked out. But I expect this should be free of charge when u have onsen provided in the resort.

I found this resort from tripadvisor, and were reluctant to try since most of the reviews are in Japanese. There are little review about this hotel. But finally, I've been there.

The hotel is quite remote from the Wakayama city. I had to take about 40 minutes trip on a local bus. The hotel is just on the cliff over the Wakaura bay. The view from the room was stunning. Unfortunately, I were there a bit late, missing the sun set view. The room is a typical Japanese style, with a connected balcony. The hotel also have an onsen facility. I really loved the open air onsen baths. You can have a look over the sea while enjoying the hot spring onsen. The meal was good; it's a typical Japanese style.

The room price is also reasonable. It's not that expensive, but not that cheap. We reserved the room through the hotel web site, which having to reconfirm through e-mail subsequently. The staffs were helpful, with minimal English. The hotel is quite a good deal, except its location is out of the way to many attractions in Wakayama.

Room Tip: The room rate for weekday is cheaper.
