It took about 20 minutes from Hakata Station. It was a little far from Hakata Station, so it was much wider than a hotel of the same price. There were two single beds, a sofa bed, and two toothbrushes and two razors. I also received a toothbrush and a slipper for children. The bathroom was not too small, and there was a bathtub.
There was a convenience store and a japanese restaurant right next to the hotel, and there was a mall selling food and miscellaneous goods about five minutes away.
We could walk to Fukuoka Tower in about 10 minutes walk from hotel. We could go to Momochi beach by the tower side.
I did not get a non - smoking room because I made the reservation late. It would be nice to have a non smoking room if possible.
The outdoor swimming pool is not open yet. They said the date of open is July 15 and it's not for free.
It is a place to stay for a few days rather than just a day.

For $65 per night we got an enormous suite, with every amenity we could imagine. Yes, it's not right in the center of Fukuoka, but don't let that stop you - Tenjin is a 5 minute walk and a 10 minute bus ride away. And to think I almost paid half as much money for a tiny room near Hakata Station. An outstanding deal.

Terrific apartments which are very sizeable and great amenities. Stayed in a spacious two bed apartment which met and exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which made our stay during competition pleasurable. On site buffet breakfast is great with plenty of options. Great overall experience!

This is an apartment style hotel. Very spacious. We stay in a one bedroom apartment in building no 1. There are no washing machine in our room. If you need one, please inquire when you make a reservation.

This hotel is about 15 mins walk from the nearest subway and it is about 10 mins cab ride/ 5 mins subway ride from the city center (tenjin/Hakata). About 30 mins walk from Fukuoka tower or the beach. There is a supermarket, Bon repas, about 5 mins away, Lawson and two Japanese restaurant nearby.

If you are only in Fukuoka two for 2-3 days and no reasons to be in the area, than I will recommend you to stay in tenjin/Hakata. If you are staying longer and do not want to stay in a tiny Japanese hotel, than this hotel will suit your need. If you prefer to cook, you can also rent cooking utensils from the hotel.

The hotel is outdated but the bed is very comfy. Very clean and friendly staff. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant.

I enjoyed the space of the apartment, after a few tiny Japanese hotel rooms, and the spacious kitchen and bathroom were also appreciated. The complex is new and the breakfast was fine, but I had found it very hard to find somewhere to eat on a spare evening, either in the complex or nearby. I ended up getting food from a Lawson, and eating it in my room. Good free wifi, friendly, helpful staff and the price was good too, 16000 yen for two nights. It is quite far out of the city, and about a twenty minute walk to the nearest subway station. a Taxi to the airport was 3,200 yen, with the cheapest taxi firm - Panda taxis.
