Rooms were average in this Hyatt. There was no gym (disappointing) and the pool was closed as it was off season. Rooms were clean, and of course the traditional Japanese hospitality made the stay above average. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but it was on par with what one would expect for a business hotel in Japan. Location was just a few blocks from the JR Hakata Station which has plenty of restaurants and other shopping. The hotel is close to several convenience stores which were open at all hours. The beds, however, were hard as a rock, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
